VERY helpful video! Many thanks. My phone’s "Update Inspire HR" is red and does not respond to Update. Device screen is horizontal bar. Rebooted Fitbit, iPhone 8 screen is frozen. Had to Force Quit FB App, re-opened and told it needs a 30-min firmware update. However, not a reflection on your teaching. Seems Inspire HR is not mature yet. Thank YOU again!
I love my Fitbit but I can’t see it outside. Very frustrating🙄

for some reason my phone wasn’t pairing with the fitbit until i turned the wi fi off and then it finally showed me the code. Thanks for the helpful video
