Every American wants freedom so why do Republican candidates constantly rant against it?
They really are for authoritarian theocratic fascism.

the absurdity of weed being labelled schedule 1 while alcohol and tobacco are freely available never ceases to amaze me

  3. KT Broadcasting on October 18, 2022 at 7:37 am

They do need to figure out a test for it. I feel like it should not get in the way of getting and keeping jobs. Jobs often do random drug testing, mainly just looking for weed, when things like LSD, Mushrooms, etc, can NOT be detected in those tests. It’s crazy and it needs to stop!!!

At 9:32 Nice unintentional pun in regards to Canada legalizing weed…"none of that came true…"Nunavut."

In this video you will see 2 totally differing points on drugs by reporters called Ingraham.
Laura Ingraham says all drugs are bad!!
Christopher Ingraham says all drugs aren’t bad!!
What’s the difference between them? Laura Ingraham isn’t a real reporter, she’s a right wing nut mouthpiece!!

Does this mean we can finally release Industrial Hemp and properly grow and use it throughout the US? I think that’s as important as anything else. It’s a trillion dollar industry waiting to be unleashed that can help with the climate issue as well in a small way.

You know who deserves credit? Dana Beal, that’s who. For fifty years he has led MJ protests, influenced legislation, provided medical marijuana to HIV/AIDS patients, funded literature, etc. Now he’s working on psychedelics like Ibogaine and LSD for drug treatment and brain injury.

  16. Sidèro on October 18, 2022 at 7:51 am

as some one who uses weed for medical reasons for the last 2 years(medical is legal in my state) now due to a spinal injury that requires surgery down the road my option was 4 pills or weed just to help me move around and not collapse from the shooting pains i get. weed helps with everything that they wanted to give me pain meds for (like oxycontin) with non of the negative side affects i have 3 kids and i cant afford to be so high from meds that i cant take care of them hell with what they wanted to give me i would be shocked if i could take care of my self . I’m a low income house atm due to me not being able to work normally i spent half my life in the field of security (federal) and now even though the point of going on something to deal with the pain was so that i could go back to work i cant even do that because even though its legal in my state its federally illegal so i cant hold any of the permits i would need to (firearms) tldr : my option is to go on things like pain meds and deal with all the side affects from that or pass on a 95k a year job offer i just received so that i can keep my med card and not develop a addiction and its bullshit. over nothing but some odd paranoid people who are to afraid that something like this might help other people go about there days with out making a mess out of there life’s really over our government and all there dam games

  26. AbeLincler231 on October 18, 2022 at 8:00 am

I mainly want it legalized and taken out of Schedule I so we can get some substantial research going in this new frontier of pharmaceuticals. Cannabis has the potential to supplement opioids in pain management, potential use as an anxiolytic/antidepressant (it’d be really cool if we could figure out how this works), and I’m looking to conduct my PharmD student research project on the effect cannabis has on ADHD and how we may possibly be looking at cannabinoids to be used in lieu of stimulants in the future if the cards fall just right. This is really exciting news that we may soon see the Schedule I status lifted!

I literally do not watch her because she is not that bright. I can say the same for people on the other side as well. Both sides have a ton of idiots in them. Also what have the Democrats been doing for the people lately? All of their cities currently have crime waves flooding through them and they keep going after Trump instead of dealing with the issues that the people are asking them to do. I see plenty of idiots on both sides.

  31. David Kramer on October 18, 2022 at 8:03 am

What is most frustrating is that they could have done this in the beginning but are doing it because of the midterm elections not because they actually believe in the principal

  32. Stephen Porter on October 18, 2022 at 8:04 am

A country that jails a person for smoking a plant yet they can drink beer and play with firearms, should not get good praise just for finally releasing the criminal justice hostages..

I find it hilarious that the right don’t feel so strongly about alcohol – a drug that’s far more dangerous by the numbers than marijuana.

    Alcohol

  40. Brett Feinbaum on October 18, 2022 at 8:12 am

Jan 6th hearings are like porn to me…

It’s funny, of the open Marijuana smokers I know, 95% of them are staunch Conservatives. They act like Liberals are the ONLY drug users, abortion patients, etc. Just like they think they have the only Patriots, Christians etc. Yet they back an ex President who openly breaks laws, demonizes government when it suits him, steals government records (and tries to trade those for information he wants. This country is going down the shitter.

Though restriction never works…so choose yours wisely because some poisons are individually and so ideally devastating.

  47. ocean joker on October 18, 2022 at 8:28 am

DD, so biden goes with the (popular) wind to be popular, not bc he actually believes in the policy. Typical hypocrite and liar.

  48. oakinwol on October 18, 2022 at 8:29 am

Lol we protect the lives of people from drug abuse by throwing them in jail according to this lady

As for whether weed is tougher for teens to acquire when it’s legal, that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. There are numerous studies that prove that legalizing Marijuana increases use. It happened in Denver. It doesn’t necessarily happen everywhere maybe but it literally happens. And weed is not benign, it definitely is a problem if people smoke more weed just like its a problem if people drink more alcohol it isnt healthy. but it shouldn’t be illegal

  49. GilaCat on October 18, 2022 at 8:35 am

A surprising amount of conservative Evangelicals voted for less restrictions on marijuana in Oklahoma. Probably because Pat Robertson took a similar stance some months prior. It’s also probably the only reason the law passed here.

  50. telocity on October 18, 2022 at 8:36 am

So your in a bad spot, health wise or your life sucks at that moment or your being pressured as a young person and you decide, even though its criminal, to try the "devils lettuce". Of course you screw it up and now your arrested. So you were in a negative space and the legal system has exponentially made it worse. Costs of negativity is to society is having to pay legal process and incarceration $$$. Cost to individual is exposure to worse drugs and treatment in jail as well as horrible prospects for work and lively hood when they get out. Which eventually cost society again in some way down the road. So what are the positives of jailing users? Their health? I don’t think so. Are they dangerous criminals? Maybe after being trained in jail, I don’t know. But treating people with compassion and helping them to overcome their issues is a lot more positive for everyone.
