First off why the delay for stores and unlike colorado the province has chosen not to allow growing of cannabis in private homes because of safety concerns or because they don`t want to devalue properties.. I call shenanigans, real estate agents are supposed to notify people if the houses are grow ops but theyd only know about the ones that get caught and how many people could even tell the difference, if someone has been smoking cigarettes in their homes its pretty obvious because the walls are stained yellow. How many people are actually going to try growing it anyway, and on top of that how many will actually succeed? You dont need to damage the structural integrity of a house to hook up some lights and fans, you can even use a tent to separate it entirely. it could benefit shops that are selling the equipment needed and give rise to businesses that sell seeds as well but they chose to put the interests of the real estate market first instead of potential entrepreneurs.

"I prefer beer" is probably the most ironic response he could have ever given. What a clown.

In South Africa, the government said that the prohibition is ineffective, but must still continue.
I give up with our President!
    Legalize The Plant!

Kudos to our Premier for not only being honest, but coming to a common-sense policy for distributing cannabis to Manitobans. We look forward to being Manitoba’s cannabis brand of choice. Look for us, and our Trans Canada Family brand, in July 2018.

They will never stop the "black" market. That is where all the good stuff is. People don’t want government grown garbage
