In an Australian first, the Legalise Cannabis Party introduced legislation into the Victorian, NSW and WA Parliaments today, aimed at allowing home growth, personal possession, and the ability to gift cannabis between individuals. πΏ
lets gooo move into the 21st century
lets goooo! nothing but good things to come!
Yes please been waiting a long time
One auto flower plant will produce upwards of 60g of flower, so after harvesting one plant your already breaking the law of having no more than 50g in possession? So what after growing 6 at once which is more energy efficient? Glad to see progress, but it seems there’s been some guess work going on here…
It’s stupid that we are having to this in the first place while 1000s of Australians die from tobacco and alcohol each day
Go go docπ€π½
Good on you Dr Walker! I sincerely hope you get this through the house.
The only criminal charges I have against my name are for growing my own medicine, I really hope with these changes my record is wiped clean.
Indoor & outdoor cultivation?
When do we find out?
Yes
what is the outcome of this event?
wishful thinking, this country is far too backwards…. Also are we gonna amend drug testing rules? most workplaces piss test
lets do it!!
Hope this legislation is passed π
The only issue is that a small plant can make more than 60g and outdoor plants are HUGE producing heaps and heaps of flowers. What would happen if someone stuck with the six plant limit but was WAY over the weight limit? Would we be criminally charged?
What about QLD??
HARRY UP PLEASE π’
I hope things change the quality of life would be awesome if this happens…but the stigma has stuffed up this amazing plant..we will see what happens
It’s got great benifits, I’m 63 and I am very very tired of stressing over it been against the law , good people deserve this right and comfort they get from God’s seed ππππ
Why only 3 states? Why not all states itβs unfair as hell
I am so happy people are voting for legalise cannabis partys around Australia and now it is a conversation our politicians have to have.
