So if u 21 and older u could plant 6 plants without a permit license. Am I right? Just for personal use.

What is considered a plant by law? Is a seedling or a plant in vegetative state considered a cannabis plant for the purposes of the plant limit?

What if your cultivating lets says 100 plants in your backyard in a county that only allows 6 plants indoors? Is it still only a misdemeanor

What if I calculate the probability of planting 6 at random then blindly plant a bunch of plants so I could technically plant more without knowing for sure or less

Great video what if my county in California completely banned indoor and outdoor marijuana cultivation? Does state law overrule county law??
