You would think banks would be all over this with the fees they could charge.

I Remember when I bought in Illinois the tax was almost 80%. Banks are missing out on a lot of money

Every law enforcement official I know has always been in favor of complete legalization of marijuana. Anyone who claims to be for small government should be in favor of legalizing it as well.

After almost 80% of the states in this country have legalization in some form you can see that THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN AND TOTAL FEDERAL LEGISLATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN LAW BY NOW.Im just tired of this grey area crap its time for these 50-100 year old federal cannabis laws to disappear and it’s time for the top federal decision makers and judges to get with the times.

Marijuana is a spanish word and ILLEGAL to use in English Common Law. All marijuana and cannabis laws are Automatically Nule and Void for not clearly defining the law in english. Cannabis is a arabic word. So everyone in government is a conman committing fraud with marijuana and cannabis laws. This is why marijuana tax is ILLEGAL to pay the government. Marijuana is spanish for a person who is high, and molta is the hemp plant in spanish. Everyone enforcing marijuana and cannabis laws should be arrested.

    /wink.
they are trying to create a system where they can smoke while we go to prison for doing the same thing. no pot passes for any federal worker until its federally legal.

Marijuana is so easy to grow and self-produce that our esteemed but corrupt office holders who get big money from the Pharmaceutical Industries see legalizing marijuana as economically disruptive for those who have corrupted their representation… Capitalized medicine has become a highly destructive force towards a healing environment for the sake of profits at humanities expense!!!

  27. The 404 Guy on September 8, 2023 at 2:33 am

they do not have their priorities straight in washington. they have to get the fed to legalize first, introduce another farm bill, raise the THC limit, then they can worry about the banking crap. banking is just stalling for lazy time, and not focusing on prioerities

4 years of using dab pens every single day has damaged my brain permanently. I know you folks will just skim through my comment but I’m an actual victim to what they said was safe. I advise adolescent teenagers to please stay away from weed. It helped me for sure, but now I’m ruined. I won’t be here in the next 3 days, I just want this to be my last message to someone who thinks they can smoke til they’re retired but still maintain success. You won’t.

  38. Leon Kellerhuis on September 8, 2023 at 2:53 am

Yeah all the local law-enforcement in the area North Dakota South Dakota Minnesota ATF field office saying it’s still illegal in the federal level are gonna prosecute that way They did the same thing when they increase the speed limit from 50 to 1055 to 60 miles an hour and they’re pulling people over at 61 when a week before they would let him go at 65 they act like spoiled rotten children that had their candy taken away
