The kids get more alcohol than anything and it has 21 for an age limit. Prudes.

"They need to look into this" meanwhile half the country already has legal marijuana lol

Sorry Sam, I wish you weren’t mislead to exhaust your care and concern on one of the minor problems in our society. There are so many substances out on the market and the streets that are for worse for the human body, young and/or old. I agree to age limits and exercising our freedoms within what we can determine is acceptable. Parents have been and always should be the guardians of the gates in their homes. Its that way with alcohol and countless other substances far mor harmful than cannabis. I’ve been a hemp dispensary owner for several years now and have never allowed a minor in our stores unaccompanied by there parent. Taking an adult’s freedoms to a natural plant is not the way. Education, research, and community involvement is a start but bashing on other American citizens you do not know will continue to have our children buying spice and Fentanyl an the streets and in their schools. The competition with an open market often destroys the black market because a more business like model can be achieved inadvertently keeping more citizens safe. I really wish you’d spend your time trying to outlaw or regulate sugar consumption or pick another substance that is harming our society for more than cannabis.Oh, but I guess you found a way to make money or something.

I can get drunk, beat my wife, piss myself, crash a car into a fence, etc and most people wont think much of it. My employer wouldnt care.

Smoke a joint or eat 12 gummies, watch tv, eat a box of fruit loops and fall asleep all of a sudden you got a problem and should be fired.

What a backwards ass way we have about THC in this country.

  6. Asher on September 12, 2023 at 5:38 am

Is it just me or does everyone against marijuana thinking it’s bad sound stupid I get if you’re not for it but it’s not bad if it’s not laced and it wouldn’t be laced if it was legalized and tested tbh the all sound like Karens

  7. D&L Productions on September 12, 2023 at 5:38 am

Delta-9 THC derived from hemp is not against federal law?! wtf are these people smoking?! hemp has been federally legal since 2018. none of these products are illegal….. no florida medical card needed for something that is federally legal….

  8. Upgrade Your Awareness on September 12, 2023 at 5:39 am

So I went out and tried the gummies and I do gotta say it’s legit and I originally was looking for fox13 for my state but ended up in Florida but that’s ok I can’t feel my body

I hate assholes that want to tell us what we can or can not consume for safety’s sake. They need to fuckoff and mind their own business.

More people die from legal drugs vs. “illegal” drugs.

  13. hiker64 on September 12, 2023 at 5:44 am

Someday medical research will be able to involve all of these substances that Big Pharma has been trying to keep illegal so their profits aren’t affected – Think of the things like cancer, dementia, joint pains, migraines, and countless other maladies that proper dispensing of nature-based chemicals can help address.

Hold on did he just say addictive drugs? First of all it’s not addictive yes mentally addiction but not physically like other drugs and it’s not even a drug it’s a plant that has a chemical in it that blocks cannabinoid receptors and causes an effect knows as getting high

Poor people have been given life sentences for selling weed which has caused no deaths but the Sacklers have destroyed the lives of millions and thousands are dead from their product and not one of them have seen the inside of a jail cell for their actions but instead live the life of luxury!

  21. Allison Hunter on September 12, 2023 at 5:51 am

I live in California and can tell anyone wondering what’s changed in my state since legalization, and I’m here to tell you:
Taxes on dispensaries and marijuana products are being used to fix roads, update schools, fund cancer research, etc. That money is also used to help fund special research into cannabis and what all it can be used for. Nobody’s walking around in a daze who wasn’t before. People are being more responsible with their weed use because it’s easy to get and not something that’s hard to find so binging rates of marijuana have gone down. When you give people access to a substance that isn’t dangerous, and let them know it’s not going anywhere, and they will use it responsibly.

  22. John Bender on September 12, 2023 at 5:51 am

Moved to Florida because I wanted a more red state. But i fully support legalization and absolutely less gov regulation.

  23. Jay Cee on September 12, 2023 at 5:51 am

Shut the f up with stupid regulations "SAM" those regulations is the real problem. And stop using the Word "kids" to then bypass our freedom to smoke.. Yeah kids may get there hands on alcohol n cigarettes, go ahead and ban those first ..

  24. Phil palma on September 12, 2023 at 5:51 am

Addictive drug everything can be addictive it’s thc not fentanyl

  25. D ES on September 12, 2023 at 5:53 am

I believe in actual freedom, and I’m sick and tired of Republicans telling me what I can and can not do with my life. They live their life like they are Jesus but God laughs at them.
Conservatives don’t care about freedom, they just want everyone to live like they do. Pathetic miserable lives.

You’ll make laws against pot but let the border rage with fentanyl lol

  28. WNActivist88 on September 12, 2023 at 6:02 am

Idk why they are getting upset, I can legally buy a huge bottle of Whiskey and get sh*tfaced and feel the same effects as weed. People need to grow up and just legalize it.

  29. Allison Hunter on September 12, 2023 at 6:05 am

Also, notice how NOBODY bitches about flavored alcohols but everyone is up in arms over menthol cigarettes and marijuana gummies. Get over yourself bc otherwise flavored alcohol will be taken off the market too!

  30. J Varn on September 12, 2023 at 6:06 am

As a drinker, sometimes it’s better to put down the whiskey bottle, remove your head from your ass and pop a delta 9 gummy. I’ve greatly reduced my drinking because of these. Smoking weed is no longer for me, I don’t enjoy the result anymore. But gummies are great. I want to feel the effects so much that I stop filling my whiskey glass and grab a glass of water. Can’t wait until cannabis is legal here in Minnesota. Delta 9 derived from hemp does the trick for now.

  31. Allison Hunter on September 12, 2023 at 6:06 am

Nobody has ever overdosed on weed, weed and tobacco are nothing alike besides being plants people smoke. Cultures all over the world, since man first figured out what the marijuana plant did, have been using it for various reasons. Don’t you think SOMEONE would have overdosed by now IF IT WAS POSSIBLE?

  32. Deez Nuts on September 12, 2023 at 6:07 am

They cant close this loophole. Its protected by the agricultural and farm act. I think the biggest solution would be to federally legalize. You cant ban delta 8 and delta 9 without banning the manufacturing of other hemp products.

  33. artmanjohn2 on September 12, 2023 at 6:08 am

Get rid of these products and young people will get their cannabis products from the black market and a lot of cannabis products on the black market are laced with fentanyl these days literally killing thousands of young people, your choice!

  34. Zenghost 13 on September 12, 2023 at 6:09 am

Ban bullshit, Luke. Misinformation is dangerous…

  35. ACE DeFaLt on September 12, 2023 at 6:10 am

Ban alcohol if it’s for the kids 1 they can actually die from it an drink and drive and there are 10000000x the amount of abusive alcoholics then abusive weed addicts …cause it’s none addictive

  36. Bair Freedom on September 12, 2023 at 6:10 am

So….I just had my first mj experience yesterday. I used a dry herb vaporizer and blue dream strain. One of my first thoughts……" Wtf ! We’re arresting people over this?" I was just very chill. Listened to music, ate candy and hot cheetos. It was very nice. What I’m getting to is…..if you have never done this you really don’t know. It’s really not a big deal. Just like everything else it can be abused. But really…..stop with this schedule 1 bullshit. I’ve had prescriptions that mess you up more than this.

  37. Robert Charles Zehm IV on September 12, 2023 at 6:11 am

    Legalize it!

  38. P A U L A T O R R E S on September 12, 2023 at 6:11 am

Omgosh I just totally got high on this gummy, bought this “cbd” in our farmers market, thinking it is the same as Charlottes Web CBD oil lolll and then I started feeling WEIRD; cleaning and organizing! I don’t like the feeling in the head from this but the body feels good, less pain! This is crazy strong and shouldn’t be at a checkout counter at a farmers market 🙈

  39. Sergio A on September 12, 2023 at 6:12 am

Marijuana is addicting? You’d think he was talking about crack or fentanyl

  40. Alex D. on September 12, 2023 at 6:14 am

This isn’t a loophole its just false advertisement, the gummies still contain less than or equal to .3% THC, meaning there’s 300MG hemp and 10MG THC in each gummy. That’s just a regular farm bill compliant gummy that’s advertised as "delta 9". EDIT: to get any real effect you’d probably have to take at least 3-4 gummies and from what I understand they are usually sold in packs of 2-4 for anywhere from $30-$70, Again not a loophole just a ripoff.

  41. JackTarts on September 12, 2023 at 6:15 am

Chill out SAM, I mean Luke, war on drugs failed, lets make it legal and regulated so we do know whats in these products. Awesome job Fox and florida with weed in 2022 looking ridiculous still.

  42. phil m on September 12, 2023 at 6:16 am

It’s sad how they pander to the ignorant. .03 percent per micro gram is literally about as effective as a placebo. They should be reporting on the public getting ripped off. The news should really find real news to report about

  43. CoreyV_InvestSaveProfit on September 12, 2023 at 6:17 am

They need to oppose alcohol, pharmaceutical DRUGS and tobacco…

If you don’t want kids to have it then tell them don’t touch it, it’s like a child OD’ing on over the counter drugs, liquor and cigarettes!!!

  44. linh hunt on September 12, 2023 at 6:19 am

i wish they stop bitching about weed, we know alcohol and prescriptions are more dangerous.

  45. Dong on September 12, 2023 at 6:19 am
