    That rule in proposition 1 that allows adults to grow 12 plants with no oversight or licence is really screwing over the greedy growers and businesses. It is in fact the most liberal law in the world for home growing of cannabis, and I know more than 10 people that will never have to buy the stuff again on the legal or black market.
