Sellers in Germany of industrial hemp flowers and hemp farmers will be further criminalized with the new law (current cabinet draft) and soon the hemp fields will be confiscated again if the farmer sells hemp tea or hemp flowers. Since 2003, the ECJ (judgment C462/01 Hammarsten) has confirmed that the possession of hemp (= possession of hemp flowers, since it is a direct part of the raw plant) must NOT be PROHIBITED by ANY national regulation (law)! Germany’s public prosecutor’s offices/courts have been violating this overriding European case law with the criminalization of hemp blossoms for 20 years, i.e. the hemp exemption law is not suitable for complying with European law (violation of EU law), since theoretical abuse considerations are intended to justify criminal liability (there is not otherwise in criminal law!).

Lets go legalize it across all of europe! enough is enough. Let the cops fight and stop the actual hardcore drugs from getting in. Sweden will probably be the last country but i dream of the day it will be legal. Even the cops here in sweden hate it when they have to arrest you for 1 gram of cannabis and do all the paper work just for that when they could be out stopping some big shipment of hard drugs getting that big score.

As a biologist I saw it happening in multiple countries: Allowing a drug to be more accessible to youths first and then see more and more people take it. After a while it is not enough and they change it to cocaine, heroine, methamphetamina and fentanyl. If you want to destroy a country, allow its citizens to take drugs.
