Even the biggest stoner you know is likely guilty of using the words “hemp” and “pot” interchangeably. Looking at the difference between the two can help you up your bud knowledge. While both products come from the same plant, “cannabis sativa,” they are used to very different ends. You may already know that hemp is used to make shit, and pot is the shit you smoke. But, there’s so much more to both crops, and their histories are as inextricably entwined as the plants themselves.

Here at the local dispensary in Tennessee they had legit buds of weed that was below the legal limit of THC. It looked, smelled, tasted and smoked like marijuana but was legally classified as "hemp".

Hemp and Pot (known also as Marijuana) belongs to one specie of plant called Cannabis Sativa plant. And there are 2 varieties of cannbis sativa plant.
The 1st one is HEMP PLANT and the 2sd one is POT known also as Marijuana.
The 1st one called HEMP PLANT is used only for making fabrics, textiles, cordage, threads, PAPER THAT CAN LAST FOR 1,000 YEARS, harmless medicines that can CURE CANCERS AND TUMORS OF ALL KINDS and other diseases, ink, industrial lubricants, soap, food, etc.
The 2sd one called POT KNOWN ALSO AS MARIJUANA is harmful to human life for it is addictive and is a gateway drug that leads to other dangerous drugs and all forms of drug addictions.

Ok so let me get this straight I know that hemp and marijuana are from the same plant but online it says that hemp is from the bottom of the marijuana plant. Like I’m so confused right now yall someone help.
No difference . Same plant. Courts want to brainwash a jury to prosacute people for marijuana laws when it is in fact the same plant as legal hemp. It is also illegal for a Judge to speak spanish in a British court in English Common Law. It is a felony charge for law enforcement to say marijuana in spanish. So hemp is the only legal english word that can be used in English Common Law courts. So stop incriminating yourself by calling it marijuana. Speak english. It is all legal hemp. Marijuana does not exist in this British Monarchy. It is racial discrimination for law enforcement to speak spanish and say the word marijuana.

Hemp paper can last for 500 to 1,000 years. if only they continued the cultivation of hemp for making all knds of paper which is also known as INDUSTRIAL HEMP then all the books printed in 1882 and 1883 up to this present day would still be in a good condition. I have seen and touch old books in Europe and in America and in Russia that are centuries old and YET THEIR PRINTED HEMP PAGES ARE STILL IN PRISTINE AND BRAND NEW CONDITION AS IF THEY WERE JUST PRINTED YESTERDAY!

Bizarre enough, the hemp I’ve ordered is under 0.3% THC, but the amount of THCa (which is the chemical that when smoked converts to THC) was around 3% which is enough to get an light effects.
