– The calories you consume are not equal! Eating 100 calories of vegetables is not the same as eating 100 calories of ice cream, and they’re not going to have the same effect on your body.

– When you don’t get enough sleep, the level of ghrelin rises while your leptin levels drop. This causes you to feel hungry and overeat.
– Feeling stressed can wreak havoc on human bodies. Stress causes the body to produce a steroid hormone called cortisol.
– Your body needs a healthy balance of exercise and rest. Doing too many hard workouts prevents your body from shifting excess fat.

    Fasting is ZERO calorie intake. If you ingest ANYTHING that triggers insulin realease, YOU ARE NOT FASTING.

    A calorie is a calorie. The issue isn’t the calorie it’s how many you have to eat to be full if you are eating to be full vs eating based on calories.

    I could eat an entire container of ice cream and it take up the same space as that entire tray of vegetables you show. That’s volume. The calories in the ice cream are SIGNIFICANTLY more dense. That’s the issue.

    I think one point y’all missed is that people think it’s gonna come off in just acouple days.

    So far in 2020 I’ve went from being
    220 lbs. to atleast 181lbs. It’s taken a lot of work and is coming off slow, but that’s better than never coming off.

    #6 is False. IF should have a longer period of time fasting and a shorter period of eating. 16 Hrs Fasting and 8 hours to eat anything you want.

    Diet Plan called Custokebon Secrets kept appearing here on many videos and I thought they were scams. However after my cooworker follow it, and finally lost a lot of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Do not take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.
