Rulemaking Public Hearing: Maine Medical Use of Marijuana Program

The Maine Office of Marijuana Policy (OMP) has introduced a proposed rule to replace the current rules governing the Maine Medical Use of Marijuana Program (MMMP). Public participation is a critical component of the rulemaking process, and, in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, OMP will host a public hearing via Zoom to receive testimony from interested members of the public.

The hearing will begin at 10:00AM EST on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 and conclude when interested members of the public complete their testimony.
