I’m a card to owning gun carrying a republican and I won hundred percent support the legalization of medical and recreational marijuana. I support without a doubt the regulation and distribution of marijuana for medical needs and recreational needs. It has never killed a single soul, and to go along with that I won hundred percent support the use of in Delachal cord stem cell medical testing and use for treatment of disease it has already been proven to cure and prevent and mitigate. There of been over 800 studies on these specific stem cells alone that come from wasted and disposed of umbilical cord‘s. The fact that the federal government can’t understand this is just fucking ridiculous at this point. This is why Republicans get a bad name the majority of us are not whack Job right wing conservative‘s most of us have an education, sir I carry not only military veteran status but a bachelors degree in information science. I am well educated and extremely successful, the present day bullshit about millennial’s and Republicans and liberals and Democrats are all propagated by the media to pin one another against each other so all of you can stay in power and stay in control. The real enemy here is the government

I used to smoke weed every weekend. The thing i HATED about it was it created anxiety when i couldn’t hold a conversation….I’d look out into space just squandering my life. It took a good year after quitting for the fog in my brain to quit. Once that was done i went to school, got my degree and a great career, house, marriage and most of all i dealt with life with my eyes wide open.

Think about the state of our country as it relates to marijuana consumption. In many states marijuana is legal for medical reason while in other states it’s legal recreationally; close to 38 state combined allow one form or another consumption of marijuana.

Now look at the federal government, they have marijuana listed as a schedule 1 drug, making marijuana illegal. This means that banks are not allowed to do business with companies who are involved in one way or another with marijuana. It also means that the expenses related to operating a marijuana business are not deductible for determining the businesses taxable net income; which in many ways is like double taxation.

Recently, information has been released that federal prosecutions of marijuana crimes are down significantly despite marijuana possession and use being a crime at the federal level.

When anyone compares that the states are in conflict the federal law, and the federal law is in conflict with the states, one must ask what the hell is going on with our government? The only analogy that works for me is, “a dog that bites its master.”

People need to say enough is enough. All across the nation, we need to challenge people to write congress the president and anyone who has authority to fix these stupid draconian laws.

@ 0:20 – 0:30 "They believe that cbd is still illegal…because it is ugh.. cannabanoidal substance."

So just because The D.E.A. identifies that "cbd" is a (natural harmless) chemical substance in cannabis, they consider it a drug? weren’t they always considering thc in cannabis as a drug or reason for not legalizing cannabis?

Fuck The Law I Stay Blazin’

I love how the politicians and elites tell you which vices are morally acceptable to consume!

You can fill your trunk with enough booze to kill an elephant, but don’t dare touch a plant!

Although, it appears now, that politicians understand their votes depend on backing cannabis reform- at least at the gubernatorial level.

  22. Thegoodhunter96 on September 18, 2019 at 4:22 am

Legal or not, people will smoke it. You have to be dumb to get caught with pot. I dont really care either way… all I want to see come out of legalization is the start of hash bars… I’m not much a drinker but I love my smoke, and I never go to the bar but a weed bar… man I’d be going all the time, maybe find a stoner chick, who knows. A weed bar just sounds so fucking chill.

  23. K P on September 18, 2019 at 4:22 am

There are only two kinds of people that oppose the legalization of cannabis the ones that are ignorant on the subject and the ones that make money off of it being illegal.

  24. Sigmundy Freud on September 18, 2019 at 4:25 am

Its the first time i see federal laws above national law, I cant imagine how Region in France could legalise cannabis while Governement forbide it ????? USA is a crazy country rules less ! 25. Tom_E Calm_7 on September 18, 2019 at 4:26 am

I say tell them fine, but you don’t get taxes if I can’t use banks!
It is time to stand up, stick our middle fingers up high, and say enough is enough!
And BTW, DO NOT GET A MEDICAL CARD UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE UP YOUR 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS!!!
Let them drag their feet. I will just continue to consume CANNABIS whenever I want. Just like I have for 20 years!
Stick THAT up your schedule 1!!!

Alright guys heres what you gotta do.. create a coup.

Its goes like this.. anytime there is a true genuine concern for somebodies wellbeing.. "you need some marijuana, or Try marijuana" *IMPORTANT* if marijunna was legal.. "it would save your life" <– thats influence and language your putting out, programming algrothym stuff. technology and bots… You "recreational and all the above" is the important thing your working with.
Think about this way "all the above" as a slogan,(when it comes to voting*important*) the government the white house spend alot of time saying "no one is above the law, or under the law" <— petitions are kind of "under the law influences".. you gotta hit with the connective "above the law, without breaking the code".. thats "recerational all the above type stuff". thats how you take the guards off, get it into spoken langauge and word of mouth..

Look you got it on the manucript in america .. now you have to put it together with all the campaign controls and influences.. the above will help you put it together with this one. Its good for buisness and marketing.. its good for a thing that makes sense, that everybody can agree with TGB the way i mean it.

    recreational "All the above".
-FBI, when you think about that, do you think "federal", do they use influence, across all boards. ( DO THEY USE INFLUENCE.. its not necessarily above the law, but they ADVERTISE PROBES, INFLUENCES, USE TECHNOLOGY AND MEDIA type stuff, in the past TGB the way i mean it)

*important* What else makes you think of federal? FDA?
    – So what where learning is "Federal" is kind of all over the place.. with its constitution (there kind of spread out acrossed states, with different concerns and focus, in the past and influence connected.
Thats when you hit’em with "all of the above" type stuff. strategy.
    – to do this your going to need a coup, or coo <– pronounced by some, a chain of influence. Its like a campaign that work with all people.
its pretty easy when you think about it..

  40. brian b on September 18, 2019 at 4:47 am

The memo that told DEA not to prosecute dispensaries only led to search and seizure without prosecution. The feds still conduct raids, in fact more so after the memo because it was free money with no paperwork. Cops stole millions and millions and millions of dollars from dispensaries. Sometimes the marijuana would even end up at other dispensaries for sale after it was seized from another dispensary with all of the proceeds going into those officers pockets.

Marijuana takes away your pride and self-respect. It gives you a place on the street. 🔪💀💉
