A village in north-eastern Spain wants to defy the economic crisis by cultivating cannabis. The project is the subject of heated debate in the community.     Isn’t it a bit silly to use such an extreme means of revenue when there are other options that should be looked into first? this area surely must have had some means of revenue In the past that made it flourish re-invest in those;

    Cannabis in stead of olives? Bad idea, better would it be to put cannabis in between olive trees. Cannabis makes deep and wide roots, which decay and give a lot of organic matter to the soil.
