  4. @penelope-oe2vr on September 13, 2024 at 6:31 pm

They need to make insurance companies help pay for medical Marijuana. It’s too costly for patients to afford it who need it. It’s cheaper than most medications that people won’t have to take if they can use cannabis instead. I’ve driven from out of state to DC where it’s totally legal to buy it because at this point in my life I cannot break laws. This is stupid that I cannot use it and others can for very serious medical problems. It isn’t fair.

  5. @lrellra-el5167 on September 13, 2024 at 6:32 pm

Also don’t bullshit us. By keeping it illegal on a federal level you create a gray area. In which Illegal companies can operate because it’s all cash. So I guarantee a lot of illegal drug money is being washed via the cannabis industry.

Years ago I recall browsing online and seeing a school called Oaksterdam University, which was teaching people to grow marijuana despite it being illegal. Fast forward 10 years or so and I see Caucasian people getting licensed to grow and sale marijuana. While so-called black people were imprisoned. What foresight. What a plan❕

Big deal you have done done your home work.i will believe it when it happens. Emperor Cuomo won’t do anything for new York unless he can personally gain from it

  11. @morrislevine9591 on September 13, 2024 at 6:40 pm

It’s been used for so many years and the reason why it’s not legal is because they have a stigma with it. They need to make it a medicine and make it way for insurance for it to pay for medical MARIJUANA. I use medical MARIJUANA and I spend $525 a month .

  12. @elonmusk7119 on September 13, 2024 at 6:40 pm

    Why,
Becous cannabis is no real drug

  17. @jamesp.rogers5156 on September 13, 2024 at 6:43 pm

First , it’s not a drug , it’s a plant . It’s 10 times safer than alcohol and and way , way more safe than most prescription drugs . It still baffles me how this is still a discussion.

  25. @katherinephillips2092 on September 13, 2024 at 6:57 pm

Kentucky will NEVER legalize it which sux cause it’s a poor state and needs the money

  26. @johnallen2771 on September 13, 2024 at 7:00 pm

People should realize that Prohibition directly lead to the rise of the Mafia earning them as much as $1 billion by some estimates. In states that it isn’t legal people will just go on getting it underground in the black market and because they are breaking the law they will have disdain for many other laws and may break those, too. Where I live in California, and when I visit in Oregon, you might as well just say it’s legal. I can grow up to 6 plants legally, carry up to an ounce with me, have up to 5 pounds in my home, or go to the cannabis store and buy some. My six plants give me about 4 pounds a year which is plenty. I buy my seeds at nogreedseed.com. Cannabis is a sacred herbal plant and should be treated that way as a gift from God. I worked for NORML all the way back in 1980 to make it legal in California. Looks like there are only 3 states now where it isn’t either decriminalized or totally legal.

  27. @johnbried1753 on September 13, 2024 at 7:01 pm

Anyone know anything about it being legal soon in North Carolina

  28. @bobharold86 on September 13, 2024 at 7:02 pm

Don’t get a medical card for pot. Most say you volunteerly agree to give up your 2nd right. Just another roundabout form of gun control.

  29. @anthonymoy4471 on September 13, 2024 at 7:04 pm

Indiana has a surplus of tax revenue they don’t need the tax money

  30. @kingdaddypopschuckcagle5085 on September 13, 2024 at 7:05 pm

Legalize It give the average customer great prices to beat Black Market sales and then tax at 25% hundred dollars worth of cannabis would cost you a hundred and twenty-five in which 25 would go to the government new Bridges new paved roads new school books the government will be shocked on the revenue from taxes it should have been done as early as 1968 I’m just saying the truth I support cannabis do to my health if it was not for me smoking I could not put up with the nausea pain PTSD to some people it is a drug but to many others is a miracle medicine

  31. @albertgarza7671 on September 13, 2024 at 7:06 pm

Peace abundantly!!!!! Yes we see canvas getting legalized ,you made enough money when you made it illegal you build your court houses ,restored the oldest court buildings ,city’s, roads, bridges, driving new cars, vans, all on drug money fines, just how america was built with opiate sales to chinese, then made it illegal, made this country on drug money, give to all the patients and non patients, then attack your own citizens, you made alot of money 💰 off the addiction you got people on, now make pot legal ,. Only til you are in control of grow houses, and sell it in your buildings, but you or. Monsanto will never have control of the seed,. That’s. God’s seed,. Peace

  32. @melroot4383 on September 13, 2024 at 7:08 pm

    My kind of green deal

  33. @SlabHardcheese on September 13, 2024 at 7:10 pm

Eventually the only place left to find that rare illegal cannabis will be Idaho. 🙂

  34. @genocanabicea5779 on September 13, 2024 at 7:11 pm

This administration will in time take control of the production and distribution. Anything that draws that much money will be of interest to them. And it makes us more dependent.

  35. @hyojinlee on September 13, 2024 at 7:12 pm

Thank you so much for this video!

  36. @cynthiagonzales9131 on September 13, 2024 at 7:12 pm

It needs to be done just like Colorado. People would benefit and it can help!! If you are trained about each strain the better to help the person’s needs. The State Revenues would help bridges and schools. I’d rather it be legal than have some one come in and take over from another country!! Kansas is a joke!!

Will Indiana legalize in the near future

  41. @rockdog2843 on September 13, 2024 at 7:17 pm

Let the american people vote on it! Let US decide -not the politicians!! Pot has never killed anyone. How many has alcohol killed? MILLIONS!!! Pot can help end poverty and create millions of good honest jobs. Plus help end opioid addiction and treat many health problems. Its time to reap the rewards of it and end all the petty senseless arrest everyday!

  42. @ITIsFunnyDamnIT on September 13, 2024 at 7:17 pm

  50. @curtismartin7187 on September 13, 2024 at 7:27 pm

WTF is wrong with Kansas?! What a bunch of ignorant, backwards, dinosaurs! Wouldn’t hurt my feelings if this state was just used as a prison for all trump supporters, and give it hard borders except maybe for a fenced-off strip for I-70.
