Thanks for sharing, looks good, and I think perspective you mentioned is important. A challenging January for all!
I have also been increasing my UK exposure, currently approaching nearly 70%, so flying that British (listed) flag!
I had 2 questions:
1) When you look at the split between UK and International, there is "property" in there, is that REITs? Are you not able to group them based on country? I have MAC, VICI and O, they are all US, whereas if I had BBOX, it’d be UK
2) Do you have any criteria for spending the 5% cash? What would make you pull the trigger, as I assume you didn’t in Jan?
