    legalize it in all states

  2. @Deadpool______________ on December 7, 2024 at 12:55 am

Let’s keep it illegal cause our long term memory will be affected, who cares ok, I’d rather lose my memory then drink alcohol and lose my brain cells, get liver failure, kidney failure, death, And weed has killed no one 0, alcohol thousands of deaths occur. So if I was in the higher ups every damn drug including alcohol is illegal except weed because I think that weed helps more then not and weed has a high black market legalize weed down goes the black market. Just look at cigarettes that’s a plants as well

  5. @paulj6662 on December 7, 2024 at 12:59 am

The whole prohibition 1920s big brother government criminalizing of alcohol and or anything else that people enjoy, was a disasterous hopeless idiotic misguided misinformed political vendetta. A clusterfuck.from the depression.
For reasons I dont know, but can $$ imagine,
Just like a religion, this bullshit made half the population damned, by bollocks.
We just need to forget all this nonsense and move on..
However the unforseen off-shoot of "legal-highs" some of which are properly dangerous, do need looking into.

    CANADA JUST LEGALIZE ALREADY!

  10. @seanfagan4996 on December 7, 2024 at 1:06 am

The federal government can’t enforce anything in any state they can’t even clean up d.c. the federal government is against it because the bring it into the country and fund their black projects and the wave a shinny thing over the state’s saying arrest and charge the people of their states and make your money off it on that end. The state’s need to wake up and realize the federal government is bloated and useless only thing it does well is steal money the people in office live like kings off of the slaves of this country the States simpley make all drugs legal and then they will come out of debt and need not beg for the money they paid in taxes to help them when in need. If every drug was to be made legal in 1 generation the amount of drug users would drop by 35 % and keep dropping only reason their is a problem is kids are told no so they refuse to be told know the federal government banks on that they know dam well drugs made legal will be so pass a in 2 generations that they will need another way to control their free range slaves and keep them in fear all the time. These people in power in the government are owned and controlled like the cheap whore they are by elite banking famliys like the rothchilds and sorres the house of saud the Rockefellers the Vanderbilts. It is simple enslavement and control. The government is like the company store of years past. Wake up the people are the power with out that power the elite will die and their wealth and power can be distributed amongst the people. Just image you have 3 children and they don’t need to worry about paying or getting into a school or the fraud that is their cost. They would be able to get schooled for free why because the schooling of these kids gives tour country the future it needs to survive. The thought of tech that has been hidden away to keep the masses enslaved would be released and by doing so pollution would decrease with out any fraud or scam. If the people of this planet simpley maned up and simpley removed these scumbags from power the problems we are facing would simply go away and as a race would move forward at such a rapid speed in 100 years the world would look like nothing we are living in today. Trillions of free range slaves removing the couple of thousand slave masters to free the world would be less work then a day at your normal life.

Well the back market dealer is always gonna be around…is there enough license growers to actually supply the number of new dispensaries which are going to be opening up across the Canada? What grade will the "cannabis" be? Will it be good grade "cannabis" like the good ole friendly neighbour hood dealer
Or should I keep seeing John doe for my high grade "cannabis"

  20. @DragonOne1 on December 7, 2024 at 1:17 am

Alcohol and Tobacco kill more people yearly than most aggressive diseases. Yet, they do not lobby against it. But then Marijuana, everybody has an opinion. I bet you not a single one of them has burned a spliff in their life. I really hate misinformed people.

  21. @hamsterwing on December 7, 2024 at 1:18 am

If i had a dollar for every time she blinks i might have enough for a gram of the overtaxed government weed

  22. @komarevo on December 7, 2024 at 1:18 am

All what Government wants is to take business from private producers, – keep astronomical price as a burden on population; while cannabis can be cheaper than tobacco … and nobody seems to notice, and nobody seems to care.

  23. @lemonyscabs on December 7, 2024 at 1:19 am

I appreciated his insight and there were great points brought into the discussion regarding safely regulating it while also ensuring to eliminate the black market. Awesome interview, made it even better that he didn’t support it initially himself but after research and empirical studies within the State was able to gain a new perspective.

  24. @joshayrizzo on December 7, 2024 at 1:22 am

  25. @sonicrising6614 on December 7, 2024 at 1:22 am

What is funny is that they are so concerned about the health risks of marijuana, yet tobacco and alcohol just get a free pass.

ITS NOT PLANT COUNT< ITS LIGHT COUNT THAT IS YIELD GAUGE!!!!!!!!!

  32. @Kariakas on December 7, 2024 at 1:31 am

I don’t how so many people can think that legalizing will lead to more minors using. Do these people think the black market cards people? In a prohibition society, a teen has more access to cannabis than an adult by a country mile.

  33. @yahu1435 on December 7, 2024 at 1:33 am

Tobacco, alcohol big Mac cheese burger and sweet soda is many times worst than weeds!

  35. @Squarehead45 on December 7, 2024 at 1:35 am

Oh yeah, Colorado is doing Great since they made this decision. Look here
    1. The majority of DUI drug arrests involve marijuana and 25 to 40 percent were marijuana alone.
    2. In 2012, 10.47 percent of Colorado youth ages 12 to 17 were considered current marijuana users compared to 7.55 percent nationally. Colorado ranked fourth in the nation, and was 39 percent higher than the national average.
    3. Drug-related student suspensions/expulsions increased 32 percent from school years 2008-09 through 2012-13, the vast majority were for marijuana violations.
    4. In 2012, 26.81 percent of college age students were considered current marijuana users compared to 18.89 percent nationally, which ranks Colorado third in the nation and 42 percent above the national average.
    5. In 2013, 48.4 percent of Denver adult arrestees tested positive for marijuana, which is a 16 percent increase from 2008.
    6. From 2011 through 2013 there was a 57 percent increase in marijuana-related emergency room visits.
    7. Hospitalizations related to marijuana has increased 82 percent since 2008.
Oh, and the Mexican Cartels are now IN Colorado growing and selling it and the money is going to the Mexican Drug cartels that have KILLED over 34,000 People in that country in the last 4.5 yrs. Thanks Stoners

  41. @countryboy41789 on December 7, 2024 at 1:42 am

Black market will not be eliminated until marijuana is legal county wide here in the states. The fact that someone can go to prison for 1-10 years in one state but it would be zero consequences In another state is unfathomable. #LegalizeItFederally !!!

  49. @chrism.ingalls4883 on December 7, 2024 at 1:52 am

Its always the mother fuckers who NEVER HAVE SMOKED WEED who want it illegal and say its bad and will fuck you up. Jeff sessions, chris kristie and trump have never smoked pot "as they say". Its the ones who have never tried it ever that can’t stand it.

  50. @georgehembrow5398 on December 7, 2024 at 1:52 am

Marajiuana does nothing to memory…these false accusations need proper scientific review and study…all of the info on weed is 60yrs old. Most of it is propaganda against the drug. We need new studies with a broader view toward its medical advantages and benefits.
