I got into cracking my knuckles like almost 2 years ago, and i love doing it! It gives me more mobility i think and it is such a relief.
My mom always yells at me or hits me when i do it.. But i just cant stop, i think its an addiction 😭

  3. @Mukuro_deathxx on April 10, 2025 at 8:42 am

Idk why but whenever i crack my knuckles, my fingers have much smoother movement. Dunno if it also happens to anyone else but yea!👍👍

  15. @oryy_toons on April 10, 2025 at 8:54 am

I think i heard people talk about how its not actually harmful than people saying that it was, actually, i dont think i ever heard anyone say that. Is this really a common misconception or are we overcorrecting now 🤔

  16. @gershwinwest on April 10, 2025 at 8:56 am

Every morning we be cracking it🤝🏾😂😂😂

  17. @MikaMarie8 on April 10, 2025 at 8:56 am

I can’t NOT STAND this sound….i broke my entire arm, fingers all the way to my shoulder at a young age. I remember what it sounded like and everytime I hear someone cracking their knuckles it reminds me of that.

  18. @Marionetta-j2z on April 10, 2025 at 8:56 am

Is it only me who cannot crack my knuckles? Like do i not have bubbles or what?

  19. @Daily_quotes99833 on April 10, 2025 at 8:59 am

  20. @unxc_editz on April 10, 2025 at 8:59 am

I’ve been cracking my knuckles for about 2 years now, I can’t crack my right hand for some reason but my left yes, so there’s not much a difference

  21. @elapt1c on April 10, 2025 at 9:00 am

  22. @Shaddyy101 on April 10, 2025 at 9:02 am

  23. @ShatteredCrystall-Tv on April 10, 2025 at 9:04 am

As a treak you can have the knuckle juice

  24. @NotSheepSheep on April 10, 2025 at 9:05 am

I can crack my neck really loudly just like my knuckles, and people in my class always get so scared. I tell them it doesn’t hurt, and it honestly feels good to relieve the stiffness in my neck. I wonder if that has any consequences, if cracking your knuckles doesn’t.

  25. @Oshawott07 on April 10, 2025 at 9:06 am

If he cracked his other hand after 60 years that would be more satisfying than popping a football field of bubble wrap

  26. @MichaelNelson-p7x on April 10, 2025 at 9:06 am

I never cracked my knuckles idk why but my bro used too it was like eh o:

  27. @lalitkumar2500 on April 10, 2025 at 9:08 am

Why is the sound so heavy though?

  28. @Nitschke30 on April 10, 2025 at 9:08 am

    It hurts cracking my fingers😅

  29. @SebastianGonzalez-fc4lg on April 10, 2025 at 9:12 am

It might be annoying for them but it’s more annoying being told by everyone and their mother this misinformation because they don’t know how to not care about this "annoyance". It’s not a very loud sound that it can’t be ignored, because it very easily can be, and when is the last time you remember being annoyed by someone cracking their knuckles versus by someone telling you not to crack them.

  30. @SolarMonolith206 on April 10, 2025 at 9:13 am

Cracking your neck too hard, however, can make the muscles in it loosely goosey. Which can make you more susceptible to whiplash, in say, car accidents.

  31. @loganbathauer9280 on April 10, 2025 at 9:13 am

I do this all the time to annoy people

  32. @josiahlee3403 on April 10, 2025 at 9:17 am

No it’s just nitrogen bubbles popping

  33. @kennythefrog1 on April 10, 2025 at 9:18 am

I remember being in an exam hall of about 200 students and when one person cracked their knuckles, it started a wave across the room. The sound normally doesn’t bother me, but that day I was horrified.

  34. @ambereichstedt8983 on April 10, 2025 at 9:18 am

Some people, like myself, can develop an incredibly bad habit of cracking their knuckles at a young age, to the point where every single time your hands aren’t doing something, you’re popping them. I’ve only been popping my knuckles for about five years, and I pop every single joint in every single way possible at least thirty times a day. To this extent, yes. Yes it does lead to arthritis. Yes, it very much hurts.

  35. @gengeky9078 on April 10, 2025 at 9:20 am

They got Audio Tracks on Shorts Now?

  36. @NinjagoJ on April 10, 2025 at 9:21 am

    What about cracking ones neck

  37. @Auboyd on April 10, 2025 at 9:23 am

You *CAN* still get arthritis from cracking your knuckles, but it depends how. If you pull, twist, or stretch your fingers, you will be fine. But if you crush, you have a chance of getting arthritis. You can crack your fingers but just don’t crush them.

  38. @Tylerx-z on April 10, 2025 at 9:24 am

When I crack my joints it makes them feel less stiff

  39. @ILoveLumityy on April 10, 2025 at 9:25 am

I just tell them "That’s a problem for future me"

  40. @billy_vr on April 10, 2025 at 9:25 am

Cool **bends fingers backwards until the back of my finger meets the back of my hand**

  41. @lemonardopavinchi1394 on April 10, 2025 at 9:25 am

My dad said this to me too. He never cracked his knuckles but had arthritis since his 30s. Now I’m in my 30s, been crack my knuckles, wrists, back, neck, toes, hips, ankles and sternum. Feels good every time

  42. @PURPLEBUTTERFLY1010 on April 10, 2025 at 9:26 am

  44. @JeaseHurry on April 10, 2025 at 9:28 am

Fun fact: a man wanted to test this so he only cracked his right hand for 60 years and then had a x- ray and there was no difference.

Edit: I did not watch the end of the video before i made this comment
