NONIMMIGRANT US VISAS – THE US H1B VISA VS THE US O1 VISA | THE US WORK VISAS ATTORNEY

NONIMMIGRANT US VISAS – THE US H1B VISA VS THE US O1 VISA | THE US WORK VISAS ATTORNEY

Today I’m going to compare non-immigrant U.S. visas – the H-1B visa and the O-1 visa. If you want to know, which one fits you better, then watch this video till the end! I’m an immigration attorney based in Miami, Florida and I know everything about U.S. work visas!

The first difference between these visas is the lottery. If you want to obtain an H-1B visa, then you will need to win the lottery. And there is no lottery for the O-1 visa. Also, there is a limit for an H-1B visa and no limit for an O-1 visa.

The H-1B visa focuses only on your education, while the O-1 visa emphasizes your past achievements. Let’s compare these visas in detail in this video!

We analyze each case individually. Fill out a small questionnaire below to get a free analysis of your case within 48 hours:

    Hey,
I’m from Finland 🇫🇮 and I’m a bachelor of business administration student in my latest year and I’m trying to apply for any kind of internship/ fixed contract in the business field of finance/acounting in the US. My main focus is in Miami, FL.
Could you help me to find a company that is willing to sponsor a H1B-visa for a finnish citizen to work in the states.

    Best regards,
    Samer
