That’s flawed. Weed stays in your system forever. How far back does it read? What if you smoked the night before

  2. Gypsy Crymson on November 16, 2019 at 2:31 am

Goes to show…. would rather create and stoke the fires of old, then to even ATTEMPT to combat more important issues in our country.

  5. Lee Pixley on November 16, 2019 at 2:31 am

I think this is a great thing because now it gives politicians who want to keep it illegal one less excuse or argument for them to say it shouldnt be legal

  6. Weed Library on November 16, 2019 at 2:31 am

Garbage statistic doesn’t show people were high and getting in wrecks. Leave it to you morons to ruin a story and lie about stats

  8. Thomas Paiva on November 16, 2019 at 2:32 am

My question is did actual accidents go up or did the people they found with thc in their system go up? Aka they specifically were looking for it

  9. Yooo What on November 16, 2019 at 2:34 am

Cop: "there are several indicators for a DUI: Driving too slow or driving too fast" haha so basically just driving? 🤦🏽‍♂️ hahaha

It’s the right move. As a former smoker every day for 10 years I’m for it. There’s really no other way. It will never be legal federally if there is no way to test for impairment. It’s hard to test impairment for marijuana but this is close enough. Way better than any other kind of test. You shouldn’t risk driving under the influence of anything and if you do you risk getting a dui. This test would allow for people with good jobs to enjoy marijuana too. The only people that can smoke now is bums and people without good paying jobs. I would rather be told I couldn’t drive for three hours after using then not be able to blaze at all. If you got a problem go get your munchies before you smoke or call an Uber. The people complaining about this are the exact reason there is stigma against weed. Some people can drive fine on alcohol or weed but not everyone. I don’t want anyone on the road that is under the influence of anything. If you can’t wait 3 hours after smoking to get in a vehicle then your not a responsible user. This will do for now and maybe the science will catch up and they will have more exact tests in the future. Quit complaining and trying to ruin it for everyone.

You can tell they’re just reaching. They’re saying these were THC related, but they don’t tell you that a lot of those accidents were also alcohol related first. They just happened to also be smoking weed.

  15. Murdered Out Corvette on November 16, 2019 at 2:39 am

Any public pretender could get one of these dui cases thrown out easily.
