    Puritanical Tyrants!
You got no problem with half the island getting drunk every night, but use something that isn’t poison to your body, and that’s taboo.

@KITV your video doesn’t identify that the second person you interviewed is the lobbyist for the federally illegal for profit dispensaries that provide low quality garbage no one wants and allows pesticides and hydrocarbon extraction hardly safe. A very biased opinion not identified in this days late “news” report.

Even though it’s legal medicinally & recreationally in New Mexico, Homeland Security has commissioned ALL law enforcement in that state (and numerous others), instantly transforming them in to FEDERAL law enforcement w’ federal powers AND jurisdiction. In January 2018, Trump removed all protections for states that had legalized weed, going so far as to demand that ALL drug laws in the western hemisphere be enforced starting immediately. Sad thing is, a bunch of knuckle draggers thought Trump was gonna legalize it and voted for him just for that reason alone. There is even a dude I know in Missouri who has been bringing weed, illegally, from Oregon to Missouri for many years, since way before it was state legal there. He actually has a marijuana themed shrine to Trump. Wake up people, stop snitching on yourself by who you vote for. With this Republican congress, anything weed related going thru there will get stopped immediately. They’ve already said that, as a whole, they’re against any kind of marijuana legalization. Watch a New Mexico trooper do this traffic stop and the reason he gives for making the unwanted search of the vehicle.

Abusing the Law – we all saw this coming! These criminals were not only dealing to patients and those with medical needs- they were distributing in a criminal manner. Hiding behind the medical angle – they were basically drug dealers for profit!

That dispensary lobbyist interviewed is far worse than Care Waialua, who was also offering mids. Governor Greedy Green and his former dispensary lobbyist senior adviser are at fault for perpetuating the failed oligarchy.

under federal law 1000 plants is a mandatory minimum of 10years. If prosecuted under Fed law.

It’s all about profits. The only thing that matters is corporate and government profit.
