This is a silly question. Alcohol is legal but you cant come to work drunk.

they are worried about that, but not worried that young adults will much more easily be able to get it and use it, while their brain is still forming, great eh, and then your timing can be off for a couple days, and everyone and their dog can get a prescription and they don’t need to renew it over and over, so it turns a whole generation into being under the influence much than every thought and they will do the jobs of the world, meanwhile, if you use it on a regular basis, you will lose your edge and your drive, and that is how that stuff works, but gosh, what about Steven Jobs, I won’t answer that, it was called dope for a reason

These are kind of obvious answers. Can you bring beer to work, no. So why would you think having an aromatic dime bag would be acceptable? … I’d like to know if I can get fired for testing positive for marijuana. My rationale is like alcohol, as long as I’m not high at work theres no worries. Common Drug tests dont even prove one is high at work and doesnt necessarily say when they last smoked. Mouth swabs makes sense, but anything that’s looking for metabolites that remains in the system for months is well discrimination? Who are you to say the employee isnt recovering from a weed addiction? Wouldnt that be protected under the ADA? I guess since WA is a right to work state it really doesnt matter. If not getting fired for weed it’d be something else if I’m not careful.
