When will the ignorance of Tennesseans oversee the benefits were missing out on? Not just health but even a financial boost in our own economy. We are only stopping the inevitable. Literally no cons and only pros for legalization

  12. @hezblackwell9809 on June 23, 2025 at 12:36 pm

I hope Tennessee goes legal we are trying to get it done in Indiana but are dam governor is against it

  13. @pennymcgarity5793 on June 23, 2025 at 12:37 pm

The only Tennessee can have marijuana legalize is if the state voted him out. But its the bible belt. It’s time for Tennessee to legalize if not get all those out of office who are against it and it’s time for it not to be on the list for the feds. Those who use harder drugs needs to be locked up and for the meth maker lock them up and throw the key away. But marijuana is not wrong like governor bill lee is. He’s a retard and those who voted him are bigger retards too. Let protest to have marijuana legal for medical and recreational also

  14. @kellibennett178 on June 23, 2025 at 12:37 pm

  15. @G3T_R3KT_XM8 on June 23, 2025 at 12:38 pm

We need this so badly we don’t need to be the last state! cannabis is a real-life saving medicine unlike all these toxic drugs the gov is handing down to us like pills cigarettes and alcohol that has taken so many lives but here we are?

  16. @russnewell4655 on June 23, 2025 at 12:38 pm

I know I’m late, but one day marijuana will become federally legal. The rising generation will make it open to the public. It’s mind blowing that it’s still illegal in a lot of states. Marijuana is proven to do less damage than alcohol, and helps with a variety of disorders,

  17. @turnofcrosssplayonxbox1582 on June 23, 2025 at 12:39 pm

  21. @gbauto7006 on June 23, 2025 at 12:42 pm

The reporter’s statement at the end of her piece-it’s still a schedule I drug in the eyes of the USA, is the MAJOR roadblock.
Until the Fed removes cannabis from the CSA, NOTHING will really change.
It’s WAY past time to do this…

  22. @meganmiller9752 on June 23, 2025 at 12:42 pm

Is there anything we can do to speak our voices on this and supper the cause?

  23. @D1H0m3mak3r on June 23, 2025 at 12:42 pm

tennessee dispensiries smoke shops are the NEXT big thing!!! this is exciting.

  24. @kenb0007 on June 23, 2025 at 12:43 pm

As long as there is weed there will be dealers. Making it recreational or medical will only give people who were always against it start making a profit off of it. Dispensaries are overpriced so again…there will always be someone selling it especially if you’re allowed to grow it yourself. Living in California I know this for a fact. You guys need it legalized.. Maybe it’ll keep people from selling their pills. Those are the real dope dealers!!!! Recreational is only a good thing for the actual growers and dispenseries. Because unless you literally don’t have access to it. You’re going to be spending 40 dollars for a mid grade gram. Learn how to actually grow your own marijuana. Not just put it in a pot and watch it grow. And get a license. Now you’re a licensed drug dealer 😂😂😂😂. Ask your local pharmacist about it.

  32. @eternalsunshine9726 on June 23, 2025 at 12:55 pm

It should have been legalized fully years ago . We just lose money to legal states and illegal sellers.

  33. @lunytunez3634 on June 23, 2025 at 12:58 pm

Pills have a higher potential for abuse but they still get pushed I to the homes and streets schools ect… marijuana is not the enemy!!!!

  34. @birdman1174 on June 23, 2025 at 12:59 pm

Please Gov Lee, I want to be a law abiding citizen. We are not monsters.

  35. @thomasbartlett5458 on June 23, 2025 at 1:00 pm

TN will be left behind if our lawmakers don’t act now! Millions of $$$ that could help out in our own state will go to other states if we don’t act now.. we don’t have time to wait. Legalize Marijuana in TN now!!

  36. @wayneasiam65 on June 23, 2025 at 1:01 pm

Look. If the truth be known… If police had their way citizens would not even be allowed out of their own homes. And they’d still beat their doors down to harass them. It’s just their mentality and is only bolstered by their "TRAINING".

  37. @mylescordier on June 23, 2025 at 1:02 pm

    We want full legalization.

  38. @lunytunez3634 on June 23, 2025 at 1:04 pm

We all want and need this let us decide not a hand full of old farts deciding for us we the people demand our rights to decide for ourselves

  39. @peanutbutterdragon4105 on June 23, 2025 at 1:04 pm

DEA and FEDS lied about marijuana because they hated hippies and the "Protest Generation."

  40. @americancountryball2077 on June 23, 2025 at 1:07 pm

I suffer from a spinal cord injury I got from a crash at 15, it’s caused me to be very anti social because I don’t like people seeing me like this, another condition I have from it is anonomic dysreflexic which causes my nervous system to go crazy and hurt like hell, legalizing this miracle plant would help me so much not just mentally but with pain as well

  41. @jonegan8516 on June 23, 2025 at 1:07 pm

Legalize it so I can move back home. Had to move to Michigan in 2018 because it’s a medical state.

  42. @joegraves3596 on June 23, 2025 at 1:07 pm

Marijuana should have never been illegal in the first place. God himself put it on our earth for us to use for multiple reasons. I don’t care if the "government" declares it illegal, I personally have been using it for over 25 years and my brain isn’t fried like the "government" lies and pretends it does. But, what is true is that the "government" man made drugs are the ones that is frying people’s brains, causing overdoses and extreme addiction. Our "government" is ran by ignorant people.

  44. @thomasbartlett5458 on June 23, 2025 at 1:10 pm

For the lawmakers NOT on board with legalization of marijuana in TN,, we need to start looking at getting them out of office.. Let the people make the choice for the state, not your old school southern ways.. Make it happen! Legalize marijuana in TN!

  45. @jugzbpoppin on June 23, 2025 at 1:11 pm

    I seriously hope this passes

  46. @mcoehlrich on June 23, 2025 at 1:12 pm

We are a state of agriculture, of which 70% percent of us want legalization, and we don’t have legal cannabis. We need it now.

  47. @mississippimedicalcannabis6643 on June 23, 2025 at 1:13 pm

Scientifically proof cannabis does not hinder your ability to drive

  48. @lowlifeminitrucker6910 on June 23, 2025 at 1:15 pm

This makes me so excited. I would love to see my state become legal. Finally.

    Come on please 🙏 recreational

  50. @friendlyzombie1460 on June 23, 2025 at 1:21 pm

Weed is illegal? I can’t imagine. Another reason to love being Canadian. I order my weed and edibles online (mostly from BC) and it’s delivered to my door. More important, look at all the people going to jail in the U.S. over a bit of weed. I hope they wouldn’t charge someone with paraphernalia if they found a weed pipe. Please tell me the "three strikes law" wouldn’t pertain to arrests for weed.
