How many people have gotten sick from synthetic but that’s okay alcohol is a dangerous product

  2. @George-f9j on July 28, 2025 at 1:59 pm

These people are wasting time and money to ban thca. Not to mention killing a shit ton of middle-class businesses. There are a lot more important issues to be dealing with instead of this. Sure, you have some people taking it just to get a head change, but that sure beats being dependent on government/big Parma poison!! These people would rather people be on their chemical poison controlled substances than a Lil weed. I think it’s absolutely a waste of money for them to be even worrying about this market. People are actually buying thca instead of weed off the streets that who knows what’s in it. Every person wasting their time and our money on banning it is a disgrace to Americans!! PERIOD!!

  11. @Member-ur7np on July 28, 2025 at 2:12 pm

TN has got to be THE most backwards state in the U.S.

  12. @otracuentaperra4290 on July 28, 2025 at 2:12 pm

A State known for being a world famous producer of one of the most well known Whiskeys in the world gets all bent out of shape about a substance that is a million times less dangerous than alcohol.

  13. @funkmonk4209 on July 28, 2025 at 2:13 pm

I got 9 months in jail for bongs I was using for thca

  14. @ddskiexclusivebets on July 28, 2025 at 2:13 pm

It’s ok folks don’t worry the police got your back they’ll make sure to do their job and arrest anyone with DANGEROUS hemp! So get to your local liquor store and get as many bottles as you want, smoke tobacco all day long. This country is a joke and so are the Dunkin donut loyalty members or “authorities”who ENFORCE this tyrannical law. Just saying ”it’s the law” don’t fly with common sense. When you make something harmless dangerous with the the law the law is out of touch and crossing the line. PERIOD. Worse you’ll have badge men with ego problems that can arrest you for having hemp! Porky the pig and his jelly donuts gotta eat too I guess. So they can do all the dirty work for the judges and lawyers that actually went to school.

  15. @eg8115 on July 28, 2025 at 2:14 pm

I want a list of donations made to the Congress officials who voted for this bill, to tell us how much they were paid by lobbyist from the ATB? Theft of our personal choice. I guarantee this would pass a 60% vote, put an initiative out, ask the people. Oh, I forgot, being a Republican in Tennessee, you DON’T CARE WHAT WE THINK!

    VOTE THEM ALL OUT

  16. @tivenanderson4504 on July 28, 2025 at 2:15 pm

All those names, remember them, remove them…

  17. @eg8115 on July 28, 2025 at 2:16 pm

Shoulda legalized, and used the tax revenue to fix our education system and roads. Instead, we’ll boost alcoholism back up, hell, more DUI’s, the more money we get to house prisoners, in state that practices privatized parole/probation. If y’all can’t read between the lines, let me spell it out for you.

The government lost money when they couldn’t put everyone in jail for alcohol DUI’s. They lost money because, less prisoner/parolees/probationers, less federal grants. The politicians voting for this I GUARANTEE have vested interest in those programs, some own the offices themselves! C’mon guys, wake up! It’s not about safety, it’s about them being mad they weren’t able to stick their own greedy hands in the pot! Literally! How many own stock in Jack Daniels, or other distillery’s? This isn’t what the "people" want, it’s simply what "some people" want to make themselves richer.

  18. @callmethreeone on July 28, 2025 at 2:17 pm

This is what happens when your parents pay for your grades. My district voted in someone who commited the crime of stolen valor to gain his position. He is TN’s George Santos.

  19. @RustyDodd on July 28, 2025 at 2:19 pm

TN will be the last state to allow it, or the only one not to. so re-re.

  20. @nikicarrie4071 on July 28, 2025 at 2:19 pm

Why do people send in taxes? We need everybody not to until these evil people do what WE want. And i dont smoke weed but why should it bother me if you want to???? Focus on jobs and rent prices. I hate this state. I hate our country has no freedom

40 years later & everyone here are still complete Fckin morons about everything. Most clues less ass backwards state in the country. All probably drunk during the hearing. Look at these fools. Not intelligent enough to run a damn McDonald’s and you still think they’re superior over your own intelligence and know better on even the simplest things? If so your a normie that’s so far lost your beyond saving. Only ones complaining about our freedoms. But the always the ones taking them away. This isn’t just about pot.

  24. @stickamo411 on July 28, 2025 at 2:22 pm

If it goes through, everyone that had their business shut down should show up for January 6 Tennessee edition

  25. @Grimm-uy1tg on July 28, 2025 at 2:22 pm

By this logic, alcohol and tobacco should be triple banned and be considered narcotics. Cause you know, facts and the facts say that alcohol and tobacco are deadly. Hemp isn’t.

  26. @LeaksRepairswhenurplumbe-bn6xk on July 28, 2025 at 2:24 pm

Idk about THC A … Idk about CBD . . .but Marijuana un tampered with, is the better medical use type of flower. ThcA and CBD have a body buzz although it helps with pain and anxiety it also has a side effect of making people lazy, depressed and slows down thinking…. Whereas actual what people call home grown, not " gas" not " dank " it doesn’t have a cool name or a choice in flavors . All this messing with thc without medical advice and handing it out is very reckless.
If anyone wants someone to be honest because they actually care about all sides of the situation it’s me for sure. Thc thcA CBD are not the same and have various effects on people as well they are not " home grown in the dirt no additives"
The real deal is not like all these different immatations, as far as the public goes for recreational it should be plain simple THC as a over the counter medication 3 grams should be enough for a week for one person, unless there’s a medical reason stated by a Dr . I know there’s a purpose for a variety of types for different medical purposes but not necessarily for experimenting by just anyone, however I could say that about alcohol.

  27. @TennesseeTicketMasters on July 28, 2025 at 2:24 pm

Mandatory random drug and alcohol testing for all politicians in Tennessee. Let’s keep them honest

  28. @rogerBingo on July 28, 2025 at 2:26 pm

It doesn’t matter.3 % even if it was 0001% by law its thc and any drug screen will fail even at a .03% basically by law they already made weed legal there is no prohibition we all see how that worked and both sides the loses was great and its why alcohol is legal because they couldn’t stop it and now because other states its legal im not sure it can be stopped and sure dea or whatever agency would made news but thats a small number most get threw

  29. @ttothep1 on July 28, 2025 at 2:29 pm

This is a terrible idea! Just let the people enjoy thca and allow the business to sale.

  30. @tristarpickin on July 28, 2025 at 2:31 pm

Tennessee goverment invest in private prisons. They make laws to put more people in prison.Alot of people in tennessee basically want sharia law.Is this American freedom?

Make keep it legal to keep people from buying the street weed that has drugs in it… I help people get off buying from the street in Winter rapido dispensary shop
.. and they’re very satisfied.. now they’re going to go back to the street stuff I was wondering if the government’s involved in that they know they’re going to go to the street

  34. @johnhalbe6530 on July 28, 2025 at 2:35 pm

Ban liquor as well, people seem to crash when they are drunk.

  35. @erikadunaway2400 on July 28, 2025 at 2:37 pm

Would rather people use senthetic instead of all natural, and will hurt the revenue but let’s keep alcohol which is killed more people then hemp or marijuana but that’s okay how stupid

  36. @tntravelingangler803 on July 28, 2025 at 2:37 pm

HOW DOES THIS SERVE THE PEOPLE?

  37. @delphiniapickett2934 on July 28, 2025 at 2:39 pm

They’re not worried about hi but don’t worry about all the drunk driving cuz a lot of them have their stock in the whiskey cuz that is still a main problem here in Nashville is the center of drinking and brawling I live not too far from there and I come from California and been out here 22 years..

  38. @ldygzlle1291 on July 28, 2025 at 2:41 pm

This is exactly why we need to keep religion out of politics.

  39. @Kobe-x3d on July 28, 2025 at 2:42 pm

Stupid weed should be legal all together peple will only go back to the black market for somthing that is better and healthier then tabacco and alcahol

  40. @joeyc630 on July 28, 2025 at 2:42 pm

Tennessee is going to lose billions of dollars, dumb asses

  41. @Lifeletnothingholdudown on July 28, 2025 at 2:43 pm

Unless all the old extreme religious farts are voted out we will see the same thing over and over again.

  42. @chrislepoint8942 on July 28, 2025 at 2:44 pm

Jokes on you we all steal smoke legally 😂

  43. @randelldaugherty6862 on July 28, 2025 at 2:47 pm

Tenn Lawmakers are more concerned with banning weed than protecting children. Twisted Colonials.
Sadly our Family voted twice for Ed Butler. But NEVER AGAIN. 😢

  44. @CarlZup on July 28, 2025 at 2:47 pm

Vote these backward and VERY possibly CORRUPT politicians OUT! AUDITS! Who is PAYING them to screw over what was just fixed.

  45. @eg8115 on July 28, 2025 at 2:49 pm

Our politicians don’t work for us, VOTE THEM OUT! Listen, real talk, these Republicans in this state don’t do anything for the citizens of Tennessee. They only serve Donald Trump and his democracy killing agenda. You want help? You need assistance? You need someone who cares about your city/state? Vote independent or democrat. The Republican party in this state is all about money and power grabs. They, like Trump, give ZERO F’s about you and I. Only their selves and their bank accounts.

  46. @delphiniapickett2934 on July 28, 2025 at 2:49 pm

People don’t realize that many people got killed or got addicted off the street marijuana cuz it has fentanyl in it and other drugs they’re crazy they don’t know what’s really going on.. better have a clean dispensary that stuff on the street not the sales on the street are going to go up and more people are going to have issues with overdosing and getting addicted to fentanyl

  47. @amygresl3691 on July 28, 2025 at 2:50 pm

Open source tells you who donated to their campaigns.

  48. @ryanperry8732 on July 28, 2025 at 2:51 pm

  49. @Truth-In-Reviews3473 on July 28, 2025 at 2:54 pm

I’m a republican, and I live in Tennessee, but I can’t wait until we get another governor in office as Tennessee governor Bill Lee is not on board with cannabis, and we need to move forward on this issue and legalize it.

I have PTSD from the military, and as well, I receive a disability check for my PTSD on a monthly basis,, and it helps me tremendously… and yes, I smoke it every single day on an hourly basis to help me cope with my issues.

Cannabis coupled with my regiment of medications from the VA is what keeps me alive… and yes, the VA knows that I smoke cannabis on a daily basis, and my doctor “off of the record” approves of my decision.

Despite governor Bill Lee’s stance against it, I will continue to smoke cannabis although it’s illegal here in Tennessee.
