All the stress, legal issues, and other problems the Delaware police and courts have caused from arresting and charging people for this over the years, there should be a class action lawsuit.

Pennsylvania and New York and New Jersey are going to start selling recreational marijuana so they don’t lose all that tax revenue

I honestly don’t know why it was illegal

It’s not my thing but it absolutely should not be illegal

It makes zero sense that beer is legal and marijuana is a felony

    That is absolutely crazy

Adults should be able to do what they want if they are not hurting anyone else

This is all part of the great dumbing down and feminization of young men.

Eventually…after smoking legal weed for a while…most of us realize we don’t need weed anymore…and you gradually stop…after realizing the negative effects…

  14. @antfuzz on August 7, 2025 at 2:50 pm

Homegrown cannabis in Delaware needs to be legalized. That way people know exactly what they’re getting. Don’t trust the dispensaries with accurate information.

Why aren’t you talking about how Delawareans property taxes were jacked up from 500% to 1000% ?

Next up "how did Fentanyl make it into the weed at the recreational weed"

You watch. Nobody should be in jail for weed but weed stores on every corner is not a good thing.

Those dispensaries should start with zero frills and minimum employees. Like MI, prices will drop a LOT soon, and so will the numbers of customers, and how much they buy , and how often they buy it.

You think you have crime now just wait.

  26. @nelsonflores2115 on August 7, 2025 at 3:13 pm

Thats a double standard taxing 15% on recreational marijuana users and not on medical marijuana- its legal now so either way the state, drs get paid and recreational users pay the taxes – so much for being legal- liquor has no taxes and it legal and they may ask to see your id but dont scan it

People think delaware is a tax free-that is some BS taxes are incorporated and added in price so dont think you dont pay taxes

  27. @sirebrittingham3066 on August 7, 2025 at 3:13 pm
