Marijuana shops are opening in Queens, and several are straddling parts of the Nassau County border where cannabis retail dispensaries are prohibited. CBS News New York’s Jennifer McLogan met with residents, merchants and lawmakers who are sparring over creating a marijuana buffer zone.
