Proposed bill would decriminalize marijuana at federal level

New York Congressman Jerry Nadler has called for a committee vote to push forward a bill that would decriminalize marijuana nationwide. It would remove the drug from the federal Controlled Substances Act and allow states to set their own policies. CBSN New York’s Tony Aiello reports.

Marijuana is already legal, y’all need only your medical card and you can purchase from any dispensary of your choice without getting into troubles with the law or government I use to think it was illegal and if I get caught with weed I’ll go to jail and loose my family, job and my whole life my children will grow up not knowing their mother. Amazingly I spoke with a friend of mine who help me out and I was able to get a valid medical card which I can use to ship any strain of my choice and I get delivered right at my door step I’m so happy and grateful to Dr Dave who made it possible though it was a little bit difficult finally I got the medical card.I’ll cherish this forever. It’s a festive period y’all stop stressing yourselves out in search of a local connect from Facebook or Instagram who may not still deliver or products way below your expecting. My advice to y’all is to purchase your own medical cards and feel free to smoke exactly what you want and top grade,y’all can hook up with DR Dave via Whatsapp # +1(443)798-0759 and save yourselves from going to jail or getting ripped off.Stay safe y’all πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒβœŒπŸŒπŸŒπŸŒ

Pot legalization has become a political game of chicken. Every politician knows the public wants it to be legalized, and the Dems can easily pass this in the House. The Dems know that if McConnell gets his way it will never come to a vote in the Senate so when that happens they can say "hey look, we tried to pass it but the GOP said no, vote for us and we will get it done". If McConnell was smart, he’d let it get a floor vote and pass it so the GOP can save face with the public. Pot legalization will be a big subject next year, and whoever says no to it or tries to slow legalization down will get voted out, just ask Pete Sessions from Texas.

NO NO NO legalize it completely do NOT give the state the ability to make it illegal or not. 100% legalization is the goal.

  21. Baked Tater on December 22, 2019 at 6:53 am

Well what would you rather have? A bunch of speed freaks an heroin addicts or people smoking weed? Make your choice, I’m pretty sure all those people around those Class A substances would like to just smoke all the time

About time. Vote out people that will not legalize it. It’s time has come. Use money to fix flooding. Texas is full of old timers out of touch with the people.

Its a herb, which is protected by the 1st amendment. If someone choses to use this herb, as God says they can. States nor federal public servants can do anything about it, Unless they want to uncover their fraud, and conspiracy against The people’s freedom of religious expression.

Watch they are going to legalize it except for the ability to grow it individually. Best way for the Gov to make money off of it.

I think if they stop the war on pot it will be because its more profitable to tax it than continue to fight a war on marijuana. This has us in debt and they need money and that 5% tax will bring in billions a year

  46. Baked Tater on December 22, 2019 at 7:29 am

So truly my plea to the government would be outlaw alcohol and put it in place with marijuana and then suppress all the other drugs

We will smoke weed anyway…it’s far too late for the gov to try and gain respect back to voters as there has been majority votes for a long time and they didn’t listen to the people giving them power. I don’t need approval from a bunch of 80 year old religious man babies that still believe in santa and jesus. They need our approval because they have low self esteem

  49. RichHomie Kel on December 22, 2019 at 7:32 am

Its probably going to take the extinction of the boomers and a less republican dominated senate for the nation wide legalization of weed.

  50. R C on December 22, 2019 at 7:32 am

There are only 2 types of people who are against legal marijuana. The ones who are ignorant to the subject and the ones who keep making money from it being illegal.
