The best way to handle this issue is to get the federal government out of the way to follow republican small government principles. The most ethical thing that can be done is to amend the constitution like for alcohol and was done in california for medical marijuana with my short speech being to change all the state laws giving all the rights possible to everyone, like the california medical marijuana movement at its start. I turn the burner up to high and hear the mix whole lifitng the pan from the burner and placing it back on it to control the heat until the marijuana smells its special different smell happening because it has been activated and the cooking needs to stop immediately which i do by placing the pan on a cool burner and adding oil to the pan to cool it fast that will next be used to mix with the spice. The amount of oil to use is usually not a lot with it being enough to coat all the ingredients and then be used as sauce depending on the dish. The oil to use is picked taking account of what it tastes like and is usally a mix of cheaper oil with more expensive oil. I like to use hemp oil canola oil and extra virgin olive oil. The recipe for the rest of the ingredients changes depending on what is good at the market in fresh produce choosing vegetables and meats that you cut into bite size quick cooking pieces. For my exampme I want to use shrimp broccoli and mushrooms. The heat needs to not go so high as to cook off the power of the bud. The dish is then served with pasta or rice with the rice being best cooked plain in a rice cooker obeying all the directions perfectly. The pasta is cooks choice and can be mixed into multiple types at the same time and changed every meal to find the best thing for you. I prefer angel hair or spaghetti. The oil dish is where the marijuana is and to get the power to all the ingredients needs to be mixed and or tossed with the pasta or rice.
