I’m a Realtor in Mid Michigan……Is it risky in any way for a Realtor to assist a client in a property search/ transaction that is intended for a licensed dispensry, grow, etc? Getting mixed answers on this. Also, seems like purchasing before you get your license is risky, but waiting could cause delays in business…feedback?
