I wonder if all of you living in the US praying for the government to be destroyed realize how much worse your lives would become? Have you really thought about it? Put down the roach for awhile and think about it. Without law and order, there would be no one to call when someone came into your yurt and took all your weed. Lol! Or how about took your woman? Think about that movie "The Purge". Imagine life was like that night and day. No rules to follow. You could dispose of those you didn’t like. However, all of this can be done to you by others just as easily. What would you do then? Create groups and assign people to perform certain functions? Well, that is how governments get started. People come together to create forums for law and order. No government is perfect. There is no possible way to create a world that makes every person absolutely blissful in every aspect. I am quite thankful for the work of so many races whose ancestors paved the way for how this country has developed. It could be worse. Try to be a little thankful and not so judgmental of the government. Try to take some personal responsibility for your crappy life.

Unfortunately federal law overrides state laws. The states creating separate laws on legalization is only creating problems for people because then prosecution can still occur federally. So who’s to blame really? States are. They’re creating an illusion that what people can do is legal when in fact it’s not. I wouldn’t use it if I lived in a state that legalized it ever due to that. Nope!

THE CONSTITUTION GIVES CERTAIN RIGHTS TO THE FED GOV &

IT IS VERY SPECIFIC WHAT THEIR RIGHTS ARE.

    THEN IT SAYS

(((((( ALL OTHER RIGHTS ARE RESERVED TO THE STATES.))))))

THE FEDERAL GOV TAKES THEIR ORDERS FROM DRUG CO. (FARMA)

TESTS SHOW POT OIL CURING CANCER’S

IF THEY WOULD (((READ THE CONSTITUTION)))

THE FEDERAL GOV HAS NO RIGHTS OVER THE STATE ON THIS MATTER.

    SIGNED: WE THE PEOPLE

PS: IT’S NOT ABOUT THE POT IT’S OUR GOV IS A DICTATOR

& I HAVENT SMOKED POT IN 29 YEARS

This is why i fucking hate what America has become… A man trying to earn a decent living according to American laws and still gets treated like any common criminal. Sadly the world didnt end and all this corruption and lies must continue…

99 is a mistermenor federally, most times they leave you alone but if you have 100 or more is a felony federally. That is per one tax parcel.

This is something I’ve had a hard time explaining to local proponents of cannabis usage. In regards to dispensing controlled or non-controlled medications, Federal law states whichever regulation is more stringent shall prevail. For instance, Xanax is considered a CII narcotic in the State of New York, but it is federally less controlled—the CII status will be upheld. This applied to countless drugs…

Until the DEA reclassifies cannabis, it will ALWAYS be a federal crime to use, dispense or distribute, regardless of what a particular state law classifies Cannabis products.

We should be holding our congressional and presidential candidates to task on this issue if we ever want to see an end to selective prosecution by Federal agents over locally legal marijuana usage.

"A man trying to earn a decent living according to American laws…."
I lol’d at this.. he is doing no such thing because it is clearly AGAINST American laws.
Federal Law always shall trump state law. He should have known better.
He needs to go to prison, and so does his wife as his accomplice.
The kids need to be placed in foster care as this is not a healthy home environment for them to be growing up in.
