Florida has Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTCs) that are found both under the Medical Marijuana Amendment (MMA) that amended the Florida constitution in 2016 by 71% of the citizens’ vote. Florida statutes passed by the legislature have different language than that amendment – so the law could be unconstitutional.

Stay tuned to cannabis legalization news to see what happens in the Florigrown case. If they win, the state of Florida may go the way of Oklahoma and have a huge new industry sprout up.

    So are they trying to let medical Patients grow marijuana? And when can the people vote for Medical Patients to grow Marijuana? Or when can we vote Marijuana Legalization, and cultivate. If they don’t let medical patients grow marijuana in the near future, im just going to move to a state with floridas gun laws, and let’s med patients grow their own Marijuana. Shit is rediculous…

    Being disabled on on low income I hope we can grow a couple of plants and yes I have my medical card. I do go to a dispensary and love their sublingual drops
