    Can you sell cannabis products on a small scale in California legally? Like edibles and topicals? Or is that illegal? Would you need a permit for that if it’s legal? Thanks

    For a delivery service only in Southern California do you need a commercial property to get licensed or can this license be home based? Is there any cities where is less expense and easier to obtain permits that you know of?
