Jushi Holdings Inc. to acquire Nature’s Remedy of Massachusetts, Inc. and its affiliates. The $110M deal brings the publicly traded cannabis company a high-quality, well-managed assets in #Massachusetts, including a 50K sq. ft. cultivation and production facility in Lakeville and two dispensaries — one Millbury and the other in Tyngsborough.
