When more than half the population is for legalization, and it still isn’t legal…"By the people, For the people" is not in play. This is Our country, and they need to serve the will of the people here.

Taxes for government and more time for Police to get REAL criminals!
All taxes from cannabis should be spent on community projects…..

  23. Marijuanifornia on September 12, 2021 at 12:03 am

There’s more to Cannabis Sativa than just getting high.
"Marihuana" was legalized to fight the Nazis during World War II.
Watch the 1942 USDA film, *Hemp For Victory.*
The Federal license to grow hemp that is shown in the video reads, "Producer of Marihuana."

  38. Seth Liberty on September 12, 2021 at 12:26 am

Its weird weed is taking so long to sort out. They need more research, you might hurt yourself, not enough is known ect ect but they rolled that covid vaccine out as an experimental drug in less than a year

  39. Flying Squirrel Tribe on September 12, 2021 at 12:28 am

To all my fellow smokers here. If your state legalizes, you should try two different strains. One is a sativa hybrid ( uplifting, euphoric, creative, arousing), and the other is a indica hybrid ( dreamy, in the clouds, increased perception, couch lock body stone, arousing). Black Haze 80% sativa 20% indica, and Rainbow Glue 75% indica 25% sativa. You’re welcome humans. Enjoy!

  40. Robert Stahlnecker on September 12, 2021 at 12:30 am

Cannabis is medicine. Criminalization of cannabis violates the constitution. Health care comes second to government corruption. Attorneys are capitalists enabling government corruption for a paycheck

  41. Albert Von Schultz on September 12, 2021 at 12:30 am

I’ve heard horror stories like hers about getting jobs in renting. I will say maybe it’s true and maybe it’s not. I can only speak my own personal experience. Back in 06 I was charged and convicted with manufacturing marijuana and spent 9 1/2 years in federal prison. Upon release I was worried about getting a place and had no difficulties and still had no difficulties when I move from that place to the place I’m in today and it’s been 6 years. Getting a job was no difficulty either and now I’m senior traffic supervisor making $30 an hour and my pay just keeps going up. I knew another individual that now works for NASA and their safety department and all he does is walk around with a clipboard checking safety equipment making $58 an hour. I look at it it’s up to the individual what they make of their life once they leave Federal Prison. I can tell you of many other stories of success. But it would be good if they would legalize it so I could expend it off my record

  42. Kent Talley on September 12, 2021 at 12:30 am

wake n bake up America it’s a plant

  43. Robert Thompson on September 12, 2021 at 12:31 am

Of course the Democratic party wants to make more money. They only see one kind of "GREEN" and it isn’t the plant. They support bigger business America. No more little ma and pa shops. With business America they want everyone to work and pat taxes so they get paid. You pay tax before getting your check. Then you pay tax every time you make purchase at store. They take your taxes twice. You should not be charged a tax from making purchase at store they should pay sells tax for them making that money not you pay taxes again for spending it.

  44. Chum MD on September 12, 2021 at 12:33 am

Absolutely let America be free of bogus laws .let’s all smoke and be happy ✌

  47. truecowboy1969 on September 12, 2021 at 12:33 am

I’ve smoked pot since the 80s. Legal not legal I’m gonna smoke it. I’ve never been busted for pot. Not legal makes it cheaper for me
