How California's Legal Cannabis Is Sold Illegally Across America | Forbes

A recent lawsuit filed against California’s Department of Cannabis Control is alleging that audacious rule-breakers are gaming the state’s supposedly strict “track-and-trace” system when it comes to legal marijuana.

This diverts “untold millions of pounds” of legally grown cannabis to the illicit market across the country. The lawsuit alleges California regulators are fully aware of the problem but not bothering to fix it, which compromises the integrity of the state’s cannabis industry.

Just legalize the plan get it over with it’s never hurt anybody other than big farm Lumber industry cotton industry concrete industry and many more we should have always been using them for time for the lie to end our plan would be so much cleaner Mother Earth would be so much happier if this plan had never been demonized it was put here to save us all not just to get high which there’s nothing wrong with that either my brother be around somebody that’s high then drunk any day alcohol and tobacco kills you marijuana heals you and you still believe in the FDA

  3. 2Fresh2Worry on November 10, 2021 at 12:45 pm

Your just said it the government wants it all money wise taxes on it and do so much to get money just like how they like making money on pills let the intelligent growers that are tryin to make a living and put food on their children’s plate and try to pursue a vision

  4. Chase-N-Smoke on November 10, 2021 at 12:47 pm

Newsflash, damn near every state is legal. We grow our own 😂😂

  5. Neihaus Audio Wurx on November 10, 2021 at 12:48 pm

The problem with that is that cannabis shouldn’t have been illegal in the first place. Sorry you had to use all of your daddy’s money to start your business. You learned a lesson.

Yooooo Why is no one talking about how weed is taking months to years to get to shelves because of the distribution system and weed actually goes bad after a month or two max. It’s like fruit or flowers or herbs they go bad. It’s not alcohol. And when you put it in smaller packages it goes bad quicker. And goes bad even quicker in bags opposed to jars. Why is no one talking about the amount of unsustainable packaging requirements for this product and the strictest testing requirements out of any agricultural product and requirements to show when it is harvested and packaged but no expiration date. Why is no one talking about how it’s the only business you can not operate to show proof of concept. If you try to operate you risk your home being raided and property being seized and in some cases being beaten, tied up left in the sun and hospitalized. Where do they they think these people got their experience and money from? It’s a cash grab and the government has shown they are only ok’ing it for the money and they are definitely being more of a gangster taking percentages for doing nothing more than any of these farmers and higher taxes and operating costs that’s any other product in history. Why is no one talking about this? Mom and pop farmers and families are still being terrorized in their fake war to get rid of the black market criminals all the while assaulting and violating rights of people peacefully loving their land and working in the industry for years and now are losing their homes livelihoods and ability to support their families in a world they created and they have to sit and watch often from jail cells their business being destroyed by lobbyists and big businesses and governments siphoning funds from hard working farmers. These super powers are creating media smear campaigns that allows places like Jackson county Oregon to claim a state of emergency and Humboldt County to watch everyones properties by satellite and raid without probable causes that can’t be contended just dealt with as they come all the while on a substance that anyone can grow and have and now that it’s worth money and taxing it the government has found a way to make the little guy the bad guy and justify the raiding and destruction of families under the guise of they are illegal black market grows. But let’s get real here states and counties have gotten wind of how much they can make in taxes and fees and have found a way to go after anyone who doesn’t have the time and money to pay their exuberant taxes outing thousands who have survived through years of persecution back on the chopping block and farther and farther away from their dreams of operating legally. The government never apologized for all the people in jail they have decriminalized it and let people create businesses. It’s still just business as usual but I guess a bunch of docile people who take a substance that makes you paranoid and they have had to live with the fear of persecution for almost 100 years now so that’s something that would make you more paranoid I guess they are a perfect target for overtaxing with the guise of protection with ever moving goal posts due to the lack of protection from that government all the while taking advantage of farmers by making money selling them false hope and shelter from the storm the government has created in the first place. Why is no one talking about this? FARMERS ARE NOT CRIMINALS!!!!!

Two dead and two hospitalized in Tucson Arizona a couple of weeks ago over 5 pounds of cannabis – isn’t it time to come to grips with this issue and decriminalize it ?

  8. waffle butt on November 10, 2021 at 12:53 pm

Don’t legalize. Corporations want all the control. Decriminalize

  10. Wes be Playin' on November 10, 2021 at 12:54 pm

The real crime here is wasting tax dollars arresting marijuana consumers. Maybe we could actually put better effort toward meth and heroin trafficking

The state just wants there end for sitting on there fat asses !

  27. Cody Henry on November 10, 2021 at 1:14 pm

Cannabis prohibition has always been about control & never about public safty..! Cannabis has never been a public health threat.. it has always been used more so medicinally than recreationally.. currently well over half of the states have legalized marijuana either medically or recreationally..
The fact that cannabis is used legitimately as medicine and is still illegal at the Federal level is just proof that the federal government has always used cannabis prohibition as a form of control, a way to generate revenue, a tool used to take away people’s rights and freedom, a way to keep the privatized prison system full…
Meanwhile there is an opioid epidemic killing hundreds and hundreds of hopelessly addicted people.. an epidemic that was created in part by our government in the name of Medicine…

Med men made strides for recreational in l.a. riverside county is Casey Jones, the dino and o.c. have yet to light some incense. All this panoply is of course de rigueur because trust the plan if you fully deceive yourself change can occur at the grower level, socal is contested territory for obvious and readily apparent economic factors.
