Colorado Marijuana Laws for Home Cultivation and Medical Use in 2021

Colorado is known to be one of the top weed states in the nation, having some of the most lenient marijuana laws. Here are some notes about The Centennial State’s marijuana home grow laws:

*Colorado is one of the first to legalize marijuana, medical use in 2000 under Amendment 20 and recreational in 2012 under Amendment 64.

*Possession is limited to 2 ounces and cultivation at 3 mature and 3 immature plants for recreational and medical purposes, but adult patients may only purchase up to 8 grams of concentrates per visit. Those aged 18 to 20 may only buy 2 grams per visit.
