Federal Legalization of Cannabis Is Set for 2022 And I Show You What to look for from Congress

Federal Legalization of cannabis is happening very soon as congress gets ready for the last portion of the session before the mid-term elections, and this is good news for cannabis investing. When the Feds legalize marijuana this is going to be a game-changer event for cannabis investing. The Feds legalizing weed means that the laws for cannabis investing will change and undervalued marijuana companies are going to be improving for the better. With Federal legalization of cannabis, big hedge fund and pension fund investment funds will be able to more readily participate in cannabis investing with federal legalization of cannabis. I am looking for federal legalization of marijuana to occur by the middle of the upcoming summer. I am looking for Congress to start the process of federal legalization of marijuana to start with the committees and then move towards the floors of the respective houses. With Federal legalization of cannabis, this will let the states decide their own respective laws. Federal legalization of marijuana is something that will need to be done prior to the mid-term elections and it is the SAFE Banking Act that I’m looking towards as the real impetus for Federal legalization of marijuana. The SAFE banking Act will enable cannabis companies to access full banking services and let these companies turn an $18B industry into something very meaningful. The SAFE Banking Act is what is going to be the real driving force for Federal Legalization of Cannabis. But, there are other areas that are going to drive Federal Legalization of marijuana. The SAFE Banking Act will drive the Veterans department to get involved with PTSD solutions for veterans and Federal Legalization of marijuana will take on a whole new aspect of medicinal levels.

No idea when but legalization is coming! Think of the tax dollars it would bring in to help with this outrageous spending/deficit!!! Holding 25,000 shares of planet 13 looking to add more if it stays around 3$, im pretty stoked about their new acquisition of next green wave! and dabbling in some other companies, avant, hightide!

Bought 200 more shares of Cresco in addition to some Green Thumb and High Tide today. These companies are seriously undervalued..

I figure the biggest problem with federal legalization of cannabis is the fact that there are so many jobs reliant on it. If it is legalized, where is the money going to come from to fund and ultimately justify the need for all those jobs?
Police, corrections, attorneys, judges, probation/parole on and on?
They (government) has become a big machine since Nixon announced the war on drugs. They have become addicted to the money that funds this war.
They all know this war is an utter failure but, you can’t just stop that big machine.

I’ve been investing less in cannabis because of my losses and more into the S&P 500. Trulieve as of now will be the only cannabis stock I’ll still buy the dip in.

Legalization takes politicians excuses for building a police state. Police are terrified they can’t continue to rob and beat people along America’s roadways.

  10. Joseph Minder on January 11, 2022 at 8:11 pm

We need to legalize the legalization of legal cannabis.

  11. F U on January 11, 2022 at 8:12 pm

Those who only see cannabis as $ will get burnt in the end.

    Growing is what we want.

    Shops will have a niche.

But supply will exceed demand quickly and thats good for people who benefit from it.

I should have stayed away from this sector.
    It hardly seems like "investing".
More like trying to catch a falling knife.
Then when at lower lows, and lower lows, you get bought out for a slightly higher low.
Keep the position size small people!!!!
    Cannabis is loaded with risk!!!!

the fact this has been sold off so violently for months on end, gives me more confidence that it will be one of the biggest creators of wealth over the longer term. Been in and out but now that I’ve made enough to confidently keep a small cost based position in, I’ll be starting a new position of CRLBF @6.30.

SAFE act passes and American Cannabis stocks like MRMD will literally 5X to 10X in a single month. Because banks and funds will suddenly start loading aggressive portfolios

  21. Derek Gribble on January 11, 2022 at 8:28 pm

Problem is Biden does not want it legal and most republicans are not on board with recreational legalization. I think you might be smoking to much pot, legalization is a pipe dream over the next decade. I know your cheerleading pot stonks as they continue to go lower? You a paid pumper or just ignorant?

  24. John Merlino on January 11, 2022 at 8:41 pm

It’s all about Mid-term elections and keeping the majority for the Dems. Removing the Safe Banking Act Amendment from the NDAA was a mistake by Schumer and Booker and signified the sixth failed attempt to make small business operations safe in the US in spite of having bi-partisan support. Unfortunately, with 2-3 Rate Hikes coming in 2022 from the Fed (if they happen), many cannabis businesses might fail due to either the cost of servicing their high debt levels or the cost of capital. The Safe Banking Act, if passed, would allow companies to cut costs of security personnel and systems aligned to cash management operations, it would enable new money to be invested into the sector via ETFs purchased & bank loans with lower costs,. I think if legalization doesn’t happen by the mid-terms, the Dems will feel the pain of their failed ‘vote focused’ strategies. We may be better off with Republicans winning back majority to ensure safer banking and less crime.

Next green Wave is never going to amount to much now after the Planet 13 buyout.
    Usually a buyout is positive.
But with these Cannabis stocks, many down 50% or more, you many never get your money back if they are bought out first.

  27. bluejackscanada on January 11, 2022 at 8:51 pm

I decided to sell all the D.H. Top picks that were positive or down less than 10%. (not many).
Maybe some will pop big in the future, but I had to reduce my exposure to the Cannabis sector. (I need to remind myself this is my "fun money" to gamble with, not investing.)
Companies under $3 billion can be manipulated too easy (Think Jeremy’s Financial Education and Planet 13). Even D.H. could move some of these smaller cap’s with his small audience.
And as we saw with Next Green Wave, being "Undervalued" is good for the acquiring companies, but not good for investors that buy after the D.H. Video. πŸ™
I’m not blaming D.H. I have been around and should know better.

I’ve been in BMMJ since 2018 and the stock price does NOT reflect the value of the company. What’s your opinion on Body and Mind? If you were to put a price on which you think the stock is at based on the companies performance, what would you say it is? Thanks for any feedback
