Excellent explanation of flushing I’ve heard

The girls are burning up/feeding off of the chlorophyll ("green-ness") out of itself. Tastes, flavors are
    hugely improved!

Wouldn’t hydrogen peroxide work for flushing ?

  7. Matthew Pizzola on March 29, 2022 at 6:25 pm

the plant will stop eating towards end of flower regardless of soil flush. Naturally, all plants do this yellowing during fall. Which is why tree leaves fall

How many ad breaks Mr "greedy dudes wanting to harvest early" whilst asserting you learned a way to cut your grow time down not 3 minutes before???

…I should, but I ain’t gonna waste my time

    Good for you 16k πŸ™„

I like your videos a lot! I grew a Tangerine Dream Auto from Barney’s Farm that I liked a lot. Do you run the Amnesia Haze every grow? I ask because I would like to try your techniques on the strains that you’re most familiar with. I’m going to keep watching your videos to get more information too. I just started watching today. Thanks for posting

Trichomes was a great help bud. I get anxious and panic attacks with some weed that I have to sleep it off. Maybe what u was saying was the problem. I’ve a keepers loop on the way so I get my plant right and nice cloudy trics πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ€˜πŸ»

Hey did anyone also hear about stalk spitting . You drill five hole a quarter inch size holes with a drill bit and you drill them an inch apart and you do it the last week of the plants life so the plant thinks its dying quickly so it putts out the trichomes like crazy

  19. William Nickerson on March 29, 2022 at 6:36 pm

Hey bro if you use scrogg netting which is very crucial because when the plant gets heavy like you said and starts flopping over it thinks it’s to hevey and will stop putting weight on cause the plant is smart and doesn’t wanna break so if you support your buds youll get more chuncky colas

  20. Sam Chasteen on March 29, 2022 at 6:37 pm

IVE TRIED MANY TRICKS I GROW FOR ME ALONE. IF YOUR DOING EVERYTHING ELSE RIGHT AND THE ONE TRICK YOUR NOT DOING IS ADDING A UV LIGHT AT THE END OF THE LIGHT CYCLE LIKE 15 MIN YOUR MISSING OUT. SO THANKS AWESOME VIDEO.

  27. Mohammed Kaleb on March 29, 2022 at 6:44 pm

It’s a good idea to use a sugar source during flushing because otherwise the plant will give up to 20% of sugar content to the microbes in the soil

UVB is known to cause DNA damage and is a risk factor in developing skin cancer and cataracts.

New to growing, such an amazing video! Would pruning the leafs inhibit their ability to fast off their nutrients?

  32. Alex Homer on March 29, 2022 at 6:52 pm

I got an honest…statement, curiosity.. and of course I could have said this on any other video talking about flushing, but…in the wild, you have a change in color in vegetation as you approach fall then winter, but it isn’t like the nutrients in the soil are suddenly depleted to cause that change….so…though I get the logic of having it consume itself for nutrient and chlorophyll depletion, couldn’t that be detrimental to overall development, in particular of secondary metabolites(cannabinoids and terpenes)? When if you just keep the nutrients, aka food/energy POTENTIAL at max, while maybe just lowering the temp, you could more so simulating natural season change, cause again the soil doesn’t change as dramatic as a "this is how you get plants to change color" way suggests, just saying clearly there is another way

  35. Tri-State Trichomes on March 29, 2022 at 6:53 pm

Flushing has shown not to really do much. You could feed normally until harvest and get that last bit of growth. Professor David Bugbee said they have tested flushing versus not flushing and saw no improvement tin quality. The only exception would be if you have an extremely large amount of salt build up in the medium. In which case you probably have other issues. He recently went over this on a podcast with (Mr. Grow It) and it should be on his YouTube channel also. Its great info from the man himself who puts out all the info we growers have received over the last decade or so.

  41. Robert Threm on March 29, 2022 at 6:58 pm

I don’t think the UVB does s*** you put your mh on the last 3 weeks and add a CMH you get your UV S out of the CMH

  42. Dove’s eye. on March 29, 2022 at 7:00 pm

What if you skip flush by buffering your media’s nutrient supply so your plant never needs to be flushed. I’m in a wheelchair and can’t use my hands well and because of this I use Mantis Buffered Nutrients from seed to flower, one bottle 5ml to a litre tap, no need to PH water, only when I water so my work load is zero, imagine 1 bottle, entire grow and my girls are beautiful. Nice video though just too hands on for me.

Anyone has any questions on organics I’ve been studying for six years so I’d like to throw growing ideas back and forth and I’m wanting to know more about deep water culture I hear it’s pretty easy . I’ve got the knowledge of growing so I think it’s gonna be a breeze plus I won’t have to worry about catapillares and bugs but my stuff I use hundred percent organic and I don’t get any hugs
