It’s all become a game of who can establish the first hold in the cannabis industry.

The cannabis plant should never have been made illegal in the first place and since it was illegally made illegal it truly is not illegal but governments continue to enforce unjust laws attributed to cannabis on innocent citizens destroying their lives if they don’t have millions of dollars to purchase a permit to grow and use cannabis.

Everyone on earth has right to grow cannabis and no person on earth has right to tell another that they can or can’t grow.

It’s about money and not helping the people. What about all those imprisoned because of the war on drugs. Politicians are a bunch criminals that lie and steal your freedoms.

  14. Dakota Choate on May 2, 2022 at 8:37 pm

We need more pro cannabis Republicans to be voted in, and the ones who oppose should be ousted. If the majority of people support something then they should represent the people who elected them if that’s truly what they want

  15. LotWizzard on May 2, 2022 at 8:38 pm

if biden legalizes it his rating will go up

  16. Nick B on May 2, 2022 at 8:38 pm

The question is WHY HASNT IT BEEN LEGALIZED YET?? Why should someone loose their jobs for testing positive for cannabis? Thats the BIGGEST PROBLEM…. If its legal to use cannabis in most states to begin with but your job/life is always at risk because corrupt laws such as the ban on cannabis … Whats the point of building a life or even planning anything for your future if your life is at risk because the corrupt laws letting employers to fire you over something thats legal in your state … IT NEEDS TO END ITS 2022 TIME FOR THE CORRUPT GOVERMENT TO GET REAL AND ADMIT THEY MADE A MISTAKE MAKING IT ILLEGAL TO BEGIN WITH WHICH IN TURN HARMED THE US PEOPLE FOR NO REASON…. Sadly its still continues because again corrupt politics and their corrupt agendas to harm people for again no reason…

All the work in the world don’t mean anything because certain congress members won’t allow it ,the ones that get checks from big pharma.

  18. Tim Carlson on May 2, 2022 at 8:39 pm

A recent pole reported that 69% of American’s support federal legalization. Research studies from the 1920’s all the way till today show time and again that cannabis is safe and there is no evidence that it should have ever been illegal in the first place. We need to stop putting people in jail for a harmless medicinal plant. Studies from the states that have legalized cannabis show a decrease in opioid deaths as well as a decrease in underage use. Of all the federal legalization bills Nancy Mace’s bill is the best bill out there right now in terms of a middle ground for both sides and I wish it would get more attention from congress. Unfortunately most politicians care more about there reelection campaigns than actually doing the right thing. This is why we need term limits for congress. They are the only elected officials who can stay in office for life.

Blow smoke in peoples faces? Do people at bars pour alcohol down your throat? Shut up 🤦🏽 that was such a ignorant statement.

  24. phantombunny on May 2, 2022 at 8:48 pm

Cannabis shouldn’t be treated like alcohol because it’s very different. For instance in the case of epilepsy, cannabis was discovered as an Ayurvedic treatment for epilepsy in the 1800s in India and brought back to Europe and eventually America where it was used to treat epilepsy. It was only stopped as an epilepsy treatment when it was made illegal for this purpose. We haven’t made epilepsy treatments that work better than cannabis yet. So prohibition denied people with epilepsy access to medication. Prohibition of alcohol never denied sick people access to medication. Alcohol is recreational, but not good for you. Cannabis basically doesn’t have any detriment to health and arresting people for using cannabis is discrimination. People who say its the same thing don’t know what they’re talking about, they know people do it for fun so they assume it’s similar not understanding the experience.

  27. Big Blade on May 2, 2022 at 8:53 pm

The dems plan is better, take it off the controlled substances act. That way states that don’t want to legalize it can’t lock you up for it anymore. That’s got to big a huge problem to solve.

  33. Dudley Dude on May 2, 2022 at 8:58 pm

2/3 of Americans support the outright legalization of recreational cannabis, but it’s still illegal on a federal level proves that we do NOT live in a democracy.

  34. HassOle on May 2, 2022 at 8:58 pm

North and south cack’alacky are sullen vestiges of the Jim Crow south, they tax the poor for existing while letting the “master” class do as they wilt. Unamerican! Or is it exactly American? Sadly it is the latter.
Y’all got indoctrination on Pointer you had me thinking otherwise for the LONGEST TIME.

  35. Mic on May 2, 2022 at 8:59 pm

This is not decriminalization. It is regulation, and it is all about money for a small percentage of stakeholders.

  38. New Moon on May 2, 2022 at 9:01 pm

Anyone who suffers from panic attacks can see how cannabis can save your life. Anyone with PTSD, Veterans included for instance.

To me it’s absurd to watch people get drunk, which is far more debilitating, be able to get whatever jobs they want while slamming a bottle of whiskey a day when a veteran that might need to take a hit or two a day outside of work is prevented from accessing jobs that would be beneficial to their mental health.

  39. Joe Smartballs on May 2, 2022 at 9:02 pm

I can get every marijuana case dropped. First, all laws in English Common law are auoimatically Nule and Void if every word in the law is not written in English. Marijuana is a Spanish word that Voids out the law. Cannabis is a arabic word. Second, incriminate the jury. Jury Nullification. Ask the jury if they speak Spanish? When they say no. Ask them how do they know what marijuana means if they just stated they can’t speak Spanish? You can prove the word is Spanish by how the J in Marijuana is pronounced. Marijuana in spanish for a person who smokes too much weed, a person who is high. Molta is spanish for the plant. So do you have evidence in your possession of a person who is high? Now the jury can’t make a decision. Case throw out Jury Nulification

  44. Tjrez on May 2, 2022 at 9:08 pm

There is more money for the federal government to keep it illegal. Also if they keep it illegal federally noone can research its benefits which benefits the pharma and plastics industries. Also what are they going to do let everyone who is in jail and prison out, Like i said theres to much money keeping it illegal

  45. Giovanni Cardone on May 2, 2022 at 9:12 pm
