Cannabis Day 2022 – LIVE From Thornton Park
POT TV – LIVE video from Cannabis Day protest demonstration in Vancouver, BC’s Thornton Park.
What would cannabis access in Canada look like if the country threw off royal dominion? What type of cannabis access should Canada have? Cannabis Day is a global demonstration of free and fair access to marijuana.
Following protests the week of Dominion Day and Canada Day, since 1978, multiple Cannabis Day protests returned across the country, including a public protest in Vancouver, BC on July 1st, in 2022.
Longtime activist, resident, and Grand Marshal of the Global Marijuana March protest parade, Steven Jensen, has authorized the protest on unceded territory in the area also known as Thornton Park.
“Everyone is welcome”, Steven ‘Landlord’ Jensen told POT.TV. “Be peaceful, take care of the park, take care of yourself and others. Peace and pot.”

It’s rather unfortunate the first Cannabis day since the end of the restrictions, what is dismal as far as turnouts go.
Other than the awesome audio video guy from Cannabis Culture, no sign of Jodie, Jeremiah, Carly.
Of course Dana Larsen was there wearing his button-down shirt, a pair of shorts dark socks and some dress shoes, not exactly fashionable considering who is supposed to be.
Dana gave another rant calling for free clean drugs. Not a bad idea however how are you going to expect taxpayers to pay for the hundreds of millions of dollars a year if that’s going to cost? Of course it’s great coming from a guy who probably is never paid taxes in his life or as little as possible, not like us working stiffs.
I’m pretty sure this is gonna be the end of the movement I don’t think anybody cares anymore, it was fun while it lasted but one thing legalisation dead, is it got rid of a lot of slimy characters in the industry, and for what that is worth it has been a blessing
Where’s the munchies?
I’ll be back BC Bud Day
