Mendocino Shakedown: Police Accused of Corruption and Theft During Pot Seizures

Three Mendocino County marijuana farmers and a former police officer from Texas have filed a new federal lawsuit alleging widespread theft, corruption, and coverups among law enforcement officials policing the Emerald Triangle, the Northern California region world-renown for the cannabis grown there. The sidebar: (5:18-cv-01436-KK April 5, 2022) Jeff Cook (Pro Se) v San Bernardino sheriff deputies Jones and Lopez)
So we approach and I hand Judge Kato the printout of the 107.7 news story about CI Desiree Guererro’s bust for dealing meth and the $50,000 bail noted in the article. I said I was going to ask her where she got the bail money. County Council Heidi Williams immediately chirps up, because Guererro has just denied ever having a felony, and starts blabbing about how the 2020 case is still in the courts,…..hmmmmm, ya know, they are holding up on letting her off to see how her confidential informant testimony goes. And that’s going to play into my hands, as usual, because the next thing I say to Kato, is that I have the case numbers for the Guererro felonies, and Williams starts chirping real fast, because, that’s actually two counts of perjury, because Guererro denied both incidents.
First, I’d like to thank god for me being so ____ing smart and devastatingly manipulative as to pull that off, because Kato will not let absolutely anything in, and only by being pushy as side bar do I pull it off. Ya, now she’s confronted with a situation, with Williams readin about the bust Over Kato’s shoulder, and Williams loses her nerve and falls apart. Between you and me, Ida shut my mouth and looked fat and dumb, her specialty. And that’s not an insult, there’s no hiding that, and those high heels, we were all wincing watching her walk, I was going to complain to the judge that a display like that had no place in federal court, but after a while, she started to look good in a Kafkaesque kinda way, anyway back to the case.
I’m feeling like a lion at a kill, before the hyenas close in. Remember I’m one of only two men in the courtroom, me and one guy in the jury, the two cops are no men, they’re cowards and I called them that. So I’m in complete charge, but the fix is in, and the jury is already pro police, but I DON’T KNOW THAT YET AND SO IT DOESN’T FAZE ME.
So, Kato lets me redirect Guererro to her two counts of perjury and she admits to the crimes. It was, kinda like a one punch fight, no contest, and by then there’s a crowd of white law enforcement in the audience and they’re tryin to intimidate me, but I’m on a roll, I mean a mofo roll and it all comes out. I’ve deluded myself into thinking the deputies in the audience are interested in the truth, but on a break I try and chat one of them up and he turns hostile.
But, before we leave that sidebar I also ask Kato to check the case number for Officer Jones’ felony (VC M23152(A) SWM 1407320) and she refuses, letting him deny it in open court and he also denies any knowledge of the Watchlist (S4MR4Z2D1) which I have already put into evidence including the case number for that, Williams sat on her hands and I got that into the record including the denials. As I recall, Kato tells me I can’t go back to the Jones felony until we readdress it at another time, which is NEVER!
But, I’m not tryin to make Kato look bad, she did good, the best she could, and under the circumstances, knowing that I would never get jury of my peers. So why risk looking liberal while her confirmation is going on and she gave me enough rope to hang them. This beast is a mammoth and I’m just a guy with a spear, I’ll hafta move on ta something heavier to bring em down. So,…..
I notify Judge Bernal that the manipulation of evidence in deposition happened on his watch, that’s what the State bar wanted, and the IA investigation into Jones’ denial of the felony and watchlist, and copied the FBI Monday morning, that’s their Watchlist!
I think what’s goin on, is that Jones cleared that felony somehow to retain his firearm permit, but didn’t go back far enough to remove the conviction from his record. It has to be him, but they denied it. I wondered at the time why they let me put it into evidence including the case numbers in my redirect of Jones. But, the foundation was not an accusation, but why was this appearing on his credit report, they can’t touch me for that and Kato didn’t admonish me.

Sheriffs in Cali are seizing pot sales money from license distributors. Sending it Feds and once charges are done get 80% of the sized money back to the sheriffs. Then Cali state and Federal Judges are siding with the Police and feds and refusing to give a TRO to stop the Sheriffs/Police/Cops from stealing money from legit businesses.

Any other time I wouldn’t belive the police could be so bad. Then I see sh*t like this and even worse and im beyond pissed about hearing about this, I heard there’s a study going on about police corruption in this country and they say that early numbers could mean the percentage could be as high as 80%! I was outraged over hearing about this. Now i hope they’re bunching everything together. Meaning smaller (but still unacceptable) like pulling women over just to hit on them and worse rape them like the bastard in Oklahoma who is in prison now thankfully. I was ready to hear about him getting off Scott free like always. So I was pleased to hear justice was served. But there so many more in the country. Its our own faults because we have let them go unchecked for so long that they now are above the laws and better than you and I. Yes they’re delusional but again its our faults. We don’t police the police and most people literally get drunk on the power we have given them. Most can’t handle it properly and their noses get mush higher than yours. They are so comfortable in this position and having that power that when its challenged they become like a spoiled child and will throw a fit. Except for police sadly their fits are things like this video and cold blooded murder. We let them get away with murder….LITERALLY! First off I hope the percentage i heard is wrong and that its much lower even though something tells me its going to be a high percentage still. When is enough enough? When its your child or your family member who has become the next victim? Bit too late then isn’t it? Judges and attorneys are also to blame because they protect ea other in courts. This i know for a fact. Judged tend to develope the same power drunk feeling and can be very dangerous because of it. Theres ALWAYS going to be corruption. Its up to us to keep it at bay as best we can. To do nothing is not only absolutely mental but its a slap in the face if ever single person that died just so we can have the rights we have to today, that they absolutely sh*t on daily. Heres a way to keep police honest. You give them cameras that must be on the entire time they are on duty and the video is streamed and recorded somewhere else and is monitored by private security type companies or someone else qualified in law enforcement as well as private citizens who are tax payers. Police will never know who they are or where the videos get recorded at. If at any point they turn the camera off they will get written up and eventually fired if it keeps happening. I PROMISE you corruption would drop substantially with that set in place. It will help keep the police honest. This not policing the police is a grave mistake and one we’ve over looked for a long long time. Sure Internal.affairs is a thing but cmon. They’re cops as well. It’s true…they do tk care of their own. Some police carry stolen or confiscated guns in case they have to shoot somebody of the record so to speak so it can’t get traced bk to him. I’ve had several family members over the years who were police as well as good friends and I’ve heard it all! I dont normally leave comments like this but the video reminded me of the study I heard about and it got me upset. Id like to think that something will be done to help keep our police honest. The streaming off site idea would be a start. Haha

The police are nothing more than lying criminals who like this shit. And the municipal courts are what allows them to get away with it because it brings the city/state money.

Ever wonder why the municipal courts (state legal system) seldom brings charges against cops, or the randomly selected (do you really believe that) jury that finds them innocent? Money. Everything in this country is about taking your money.

If the Police were required to have PERSONAL INSURANCE this would all stop because you can be assured the insurance companies would weed out the bad cops, and bad cop behavior (which is all they do) because it would cost the insurance company money. Could you imagine, instead of tax payers paying for police misconduct lawsuits the insurance companies would have to pay??? Oh things would change quick, and these cops can afford the insurance. Have you learned what they make??? Way more than you think, or what they would want you to believe.

The police are, or maybe always have been, sooo corrupt. There was a time when people (me included) looked up to them…now people should only look down on them! They brought this upon themselves through their actions, which cell phones/internet has brought to light. Makes me think this is how it has always been!!! We just get to see it instead of hearing about it third person which removes the gravity of what is happening.

I do not think there is a person reading this that won’t agree things have changed for the worse (except the blue smurfs that troll these videos to make pigs sound like heroes/victims). We the people have the power to change things, but if that power is not unified, through voting, protesting or just generally engaging your neighbor to look through YouTube videos (or similar info sources) what is going to change?? You think the cops are miraculously going to better themselves? Bahahaha

Things need to change and they aren’t going to do it on their own. It’s like trying to get a dog that has always been shitting on the rug to suddenly stop. In this country we have the luxury to speak our opinion and move for change. I wonder what would people in countries that don’t have this option think about us ignoring this right.

Life is understood looking backwards but must be lived looking forward. Will today’s youth understand what life would be like had this generation stood up to tyrants? Will today’s adults look back and think what they could have done to prevent the police state the US is becoming?

All I can say is I am glad I am not a young child who can’t even fathom what the future will be like for them and later in life learning how much better things were for us. What a gift we leave them.

Question everything and challenge authority. This was the mantra in the 60’s people. How/when did we become so complacent?

I grew up in Mendocino county and can confirm the story. It’s deeper than this. They cover up a lot of different crimes in that county. The Mendocino county sheriff’s department is corrupt. The Willits police department has an ugly record. Nothing has been done about these injustices.

These vigilantes want our Wallets and bait to entrap anyone they wish.Slander and pilaging and plundering is there game. Also making you and me a criminal record. These people are felons. Including the prosecuters and judges and law makers putting the rest up to robbing us. My house is not to be broken into/ defiled. I am a man not to be disturbed in any way. If you do these things to me? You have broken into my house. Jesus said, if a man break into your house? Put him to death. People understand that the law is the law. Not any human and not any being. The law is Yhvh to give.we have it! Not under it unless we break it. Stand strong and until the death of our sinning physicalities and life new shall be.The rest be damned.
