Only two kinds of people oppose legalization
1 their ignorant on the subject
2 they make money off of it being illegal

Sounds good in concept but it’s illegal to require state employees to break federal laws, how are they going to get around that?

NO THANK YOU!!!! Government can not run anything well and monopolized state run is a direct tax and unlawful. Decriminalization 100% all drugs. IF they used just a fraction of the drug offense arrests toward helping people, the drug crisis would be over. The nostalgic effects will wear off and as if any of its going away anytime soon. People have the right to consume or put things into their body. Who owns you? This is a war on people, not drugs… Cuz the drugs are winning

Live free or die unless you want to smoke pot. You can’t have that here

Sounds good to me. I used to buy a lot of booze at NH State liquor store. Then I stopped. Now I have extra money, each month for pot, when it becomes legal. I live on the border of NH/VT. VT is opening at least one pot store, within like an 8 minute drive. Wondering if I should try to sneak it over the border. I figure that a college kid from Dartmouth is going to get caught before I do. Hyperparanoid about any sort of court room appearance. I’ve seen the district court and district judge and had a good experience. Don’t want to press my luck. Feels kinda weird being in the only New England state, with no pot store. Not like the state doesn’t need money. You know? I don’t know if they fixed the roads in Manchester, but last time I was there, it was pretty bad, a pale comparison to what it looked like when I was a kid and going to Manchester was this very fun thing to do. The 70’s had all these road repairs and new highways. I-91 to Montreal, was the big one in my area.

Not sure why it HAS to be tax free?
A small sales tax on cannabis alone could solve NH revenue problem and them some.

Selling it through a liquor store seems like a lame idea. Check out some of the local dispensaries in MA; that’s how it should be done.
