There’s places all across this country where people who look like you end up getting killed because cops say they smell weed outside your car Google never find it doesn’t matter to you cuz you’re already dead

  2. stephen bouchelle on September 2, 2022 at 5:35 am

A lawyer yes, but no etymologist. Expunge and sponge do not share a root. The S sound in expunge comes from the X. Sorry for nitpicking. Other than that, as a 65 year old (English teacher) I am waiting for Virginia to legalize recreational use and open a dispensary near me.

  3. Jamie on September 2, 2022 at 5:37 am

Please make it legal it will replace so many dangerous drugs and save lives.

  6. ULOST1 GAMING on September 2, 2022 at 5:37 am

Just like abortion, people will flock to the states that don’t put you In a cage, for enjoying God’s gift to man. Making states population growth and economies many times over better, from what it was pre-legalization.

  7. Manny on September 2, 2022 at 5:37 am

We are set up so that the different states can experiment?? Well, that’s an especially nutty piece of revisionist history. I am 100% in support of legalizing recreational marijuana, but we don’t need to make stuff up in order to represent our case. That makes us look like liars in general, which will have people asking what else we aren’t being honest about. Secondly, decriminalization is better than NOTHING, and if the choice is illegal or decriminalization, then I’ll choose decriminalization all day. BUT, decriminalization is not good enough for us to hang up our hats and call it a day. We want full legalization! With a regulated market, support from financial institutions, and full expungements for people with marijuana charges whose lives were ruined over cannabis.

  11. Derek L on September 2, 2022 at 5:39 am

    It’s all about hate

  12. RK Johnston on September 2, 2022 at 5:40 am

  13. Vesuhda on September 2, 2022 at 5:41 am

With the reality of America this bill will most likely not go anywhere.

  14. TheCannaCommander on September 2, 2022 at 5:41 am

Pathetic victim host, its all about race.

  15. Scott Gecias on September 2, 2022 at 5:43 am

  16. Robert tietjen on September 2, 2022 at 5:44 am

  18. Hanna Fairchild on September 2, 2022 at 5:46 am

    Not as bad as cigarettes

  19. C D on September 2, 2022 at 5:46 am

They always use the whole "we are thinking about legalizing marijuana" thing when a particular majority and administration is in danger of being overturned. This is just a sham.

  20. watergun on September 2, 2022 at 5:47 am

Feds won’t enforce states to not sell marijuana however Feds enforce truck drivers to not smoke tf kinda bs

  21. Shane Yohner on September 2, 2022 at 5:48 am

They left off NM on their map.

  22. Truquan on September 2, 2022 at 5:48 am

Legal Medical use for Marijuana in Minnesota.
    c’mon legal federally for all.

  23. Pontificus Vascillious on September 2, 2022 at 5:50 am

you can TRUST the feds … especially the DEA … they would NEVER misrepresent … especially w/ the MJ issue!

  24. ghostofhobs on September 2, 2022 at 5:53 am

It would be unconstitutional if the feds raid any site in a state that legalize
I.E the state rule overrides fed rule

  25. CreekSquad1994 on September 2, 2022 at 5:53 am

  32. Kyle Patterson on September 2, 2022 at 6:01 am

Legal in DC but not nation wide..huh..

  33. Barbara Olson on September 2, 2022 at 6:02 am

The time has come to get real about canabis.People do not become violent using canabis as many do using alcohol. Driving, operation of machinery must be prohibited while using. This is a good idea as legalizing canabis would enable many people to work, those who drug testing or a drug record does not allow them to apply. Hotel, gas stations, restaurants and others have zero tolerance policies. I know because I had to take employees to be tested.

  34. Lara Hunt on September 2, 2022 at 6:03 am

The govt Promoting selling and doing drugs ..wow…How embarrassing to be an American.. honestly…🤦‍♀️

  35. JUST CHILL on September 2, 2022 at 6:05 am

As soon as you make it legal federally, the whole business will fail probably, because it’s gonna be legal to ship. So people can easily just ship the wholesale prices from California to their home. How would your local dispensary compete ??

  36. Aj Jackson on September 2, 2022 at 6:09 am

    Where’s Virginia

  37. Mike Luke on September 2, 2022 at 6:10 am

  39. Ghost Mama on September 2, 2022 at 6:13 am

No more government double standards!! Cannabis should be legal in EVERY state!! It has many health benefits for people who suffer with various disabilities. The tax revenue would be a benefit to every state in the nation supporting many needed initiatives like mental health and cancer care.

  40. adam honan on September 2, 2022 at 6:22 am

  45. Mike M on September 2, 2022 at 6:27 am

I got busted twice as a kid. Only pot, almost 20 years later it still gets in my way. Sucks I believe and strive to be the very best at all things I do. Over the years, my work has not went unnoticed, I work for a place for a long time, they wanted to promote me, and we’ll, higher ups dug, found out, and canned me…. later I had a large private investor I know well wanted to to start a new company and give it to me, because it would help him, but the terms were great, long story short, I told him about it. He was cool about it, but didn’t want it to be an issue from others, so he tried to pull strings and get it expunged, his lawyer buddy said he couldn’t do anything. More then one. So yeah….. road blocks. And I have an amazing new business idea, but priors would be an issue again.

  46. SnarkyRC on September 2, 2022 at 6:28 am

  47. Rique on September 2, 2022 at 6:28 am
