Inside America’s Billion-Dollar Weed Business: The Grass is Greener

In a city with dispensaries as common as coffee shops, Denver is undoubtedly the epicenter of the legal marijuana movement. And if you’re in the business of bud, it’s a good place to be: Colorado accounted for a third of the country’s 2.7 billion dollar marijuana market last year.

But with being America’s fastest growing industry, comes growing pains. Marijuana is still illegal on the federal level, which has led to conflicting state laws, restrictive regulations, and endless problems for cash-only marijuana business owners and operators.

VICE News meets the investors cashing in on the green rush and finds out how fractured marijuana laws are causing the American market to miss out.

According to the plans of the American elite, there is a need to euthanize most of humanity until the population naturally decreases to 1-2 billion people. There is no other “quiet” means. Thus, the decision was made on a global scale to make “soft” drugs legal and to market them. The tobacco companies were forced to keep quiet. And the same order was given to the media. The negative attitude concerning tobacco and the positive attitude towards marijuana is spreading from the US to the rest of the world

Media perform an opinion for the world is without marijuana is a haven for capitalism! And pressure for those developing country countries. The properties present in cannabis plants provide everything that the industrial world needs, but it makes its own loss for them because the cannabis seeds are easy to plant, especially in tropical countries that in fact are a developing country. But thanks to technology as well, in addition to tropical countries, the country of the season can also cultivate with hybrid technology. That’s what capitalists fear, cannabis grows and is used for the people, and in the end the capitalist can not do anything else. That’s just my opinion, maybe we can brainstorm each other 🙂

Previously sorry, because I am anti right

Genesis 1:11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the HERB yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. 12 And the earth brought forth grass, and HERB yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

Genesis 1: 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you EVERY HERB bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given EVERY GREEN HERB for meat: and it was so.
31 And God saw EVERY THING that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Ezekiel 34:29 And I will raise up for them a PLANT OF RENOWN, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.

Matthew 15:10 Jesus called the crowd to him and said, “Listen and understand. 11 WHAT GOES INTO SOMEONE’S MOUTH DOES NOT DEFILE them, but what comes out of their mouth, that is what defiles them.”

Romans 14: 2 One person’s faith allows them to eat ANYTHING, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables.

    Romans 14:14
14 I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, THAT THERE IS NOTHING UNCLEAN OF ITSELF: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.

1 Timothy 4:1 The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. 2 Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron. 3 They forbid people to marry and ORDER them to ABSTAIN FROM CERTAIN FOODS, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth. 4 For EVERYTHING God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, 5 because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.

    2 Timothy 4
    3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

    Philippians 4:13
I CAN DO ALL THINGS through him who strengthens me.

    Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
FOR EVERYTHING THERE IS A REASON, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; …

  22. The Snowman on November 3, 2017 at 10:01 pm

These people know what they are doing. The raise the potency of the weed. Then they raise the price of the weed because it’s more potent. Gets just as bad on the street. This is going for high dollar on the street too. This is part of the other things growing. Removing middle class again. 2 level. Upper & Lower.

  23. Cornholio777 on November 3, 2017 at 10:02 pm

Screw Hillary Clinton. If she said that she was open to decriminalizing marijuana in the federal level and let the states choose, I bet she would have gained enough votes to tip the scale on her side

  25. Alex on November 3, 2017 at 10:03 pm

Ok so let me get this straight. Weed was illegal for the longest time, but once the government realized it was profitable, they made up some imaginary health benefits about marijuana so that they could justify legalization? wtf?

  26. Melanated Neanderthal on November 3, 2017 at 10:05 pm

What gives the government the right to tell us what we can and can’t grow? They don’t own this earth or us.. I will never understand this government system man, it seriously puzzles me.

    medicine man has shitty bud

  29. narsilionpromo1 on November 3, 2017 at 10:09 pm

All i have to say about this matter is that they really have to find a way to give people a better deal than what they pay for weed on the street. If the price is the same ( or only 5 dollars cheaper ) then there is really no benefit to buying it legally other than to not be arrested. Not being arrested for smoking weed is great but it needs to become more manageable at the same time. Otherwise you are now LEGALLY broke and that is not good either. I would like to see a significant decrease in the prices for this stuff because right now its rediculously expensive. Surely they can introduce a more affordable line of mid grade weed that would get the job done. Legally.

  36. Joe Macc on November 3, 2017 at 10:19 pm

So much controversy surrounding a plant, yet you can still be prescribed pharmaceutical grade heroin (oxycontin, or any other opioid) from a chemist because your doctor wrote on a special piece of paper saying that it is ok. The hypocrisy continues…

Its sad that even though POC are persecuted way more for weed (and all drugs), the new weed business appears pretty much 100% white.

It seems the only tool that our Government is lacking is the one that allows (it/them/us) to say, "Oh, sorry we were wrong . . . for about a hundred years . . . LOL . We can do this, pressure the feds to get with the (hi) times.

  43. ShadowfinderMusic on November 3, 2017 at 10:29 pm

I truly never understood the fascination for marihuana. I think it’s so hyped up that everybody just pretends it’s so awesome but in fact it’s not. Just afraid to admit it, because then you’re not ‘cool’. On a side note, I like it how everybody is so grown and dressed up at these marihuana conferences. It’s all big business.

Great info. I don’t smoke myself but I love learning about cannabis, very interesting.

  49. Robert Schafer-DeVries on November 3, 2017 at 10:36 pm

The working people who grow the cannabis and serve the patients, as well as patients themselves, need to make sure they organize themselves to protect the integrity of the industry. The more growers/caregivers/workers and patients control the industry relative to the financiers the better. The credit unions are a good idea.
