You dont work for the feds you dumb fat fuck!!… your point is mute…You serve the public of your own state. If anything the sheriff’s from nebraska  have a more valid argument than you do. they are at least upholding the laws in their own state. Get a clue how the law works and go back to your box of freakin donuts. you are not a Federal Officer… you want to enforce federal law?…then call the Feds..Asshole!!

The cops know they have lost a great revenue stream busting pot smokers. They seldom are conflicted about their Constitutional oaths when they can make a buck violating our rights.

No pot arrests means no civil forfeiture either. The cops want that money. Just follow the dollars.

That sheriff is a dumb fuck! He took an oath to the Constitution not the Federal Gov!! If he was a Constitutional sheriff he would protect the Rights of the people to use weed! If the police and sheriff depts. did their research on weed they would find that it is the most medicinal plant on the planet! . The cops are told in the academy and in their depts. the "EVILS" of weed and blindly believe the lies they are told. I know, I was one of these cops, but I woke up and saw their hypocrisy and lies!  As for the federal government, they have other reasons for keeping it illegal. If I can find out the medical miracles weed has, in two weeks by doing my own research, the Feds sure as hell know what I do! Fuck the Federal Government and their anti American dictatorial, unconstitutional  rules!

These Sheriff’s only job is to protect and serve the people for the county in which there were hired for. Where is the serve the people? Quit serving your own personal agendas on the people. Its control issues of the people that they can’t let go of. It’s time for Federal legalization so these control freaks can move on.

Someone having a "crisis of conscience" while doing their job should resign.

Marijuana taxes fund police departments and schools. So cops are guilty by association.

Did yall know Walmart sells alcohol base products like Nyquil in dry counties which is illegal. Alcohol was never legalized, but decriminalized.
