Cannabis needs to be removed from the federal schedule of illegal drugs. And then it should be only regulated at the state level, not the federal level. And let the states be laboratories for experimenting with regulation. The last thing we need is the FDA, USDA and EPA coming into out industry and giving us California-style regulations.

What gets me is how some individuals act obtuse in regards to the advantages and disadvantages of using hemp/pot/bud/weed/ etc. This plant has been grown and utilized since the mid early 1700’s.

Also, why is there always an image of someone getting stone when this topic springs up. There are clearly more positive platforms to go off of other than someone getting high.
