    Scheduled one drug for marijuana has been mislabeled and is wrong To qualify for schedule one drug there must be no known medical Use Which we know today there is and what I knew 30 years ago there is

    Weed being illegal is like saying broccoli of Brussels sprouts should be illegal, how does anyone have the right to make a "Plant" illegal…. if anything make tobacco illegal….. there is no beneficial aspects to tobacco products what so ever, and it smells horrible!!!!

    Pa really messed up and got greedy. Should of never put in these fake medical marijuana stores in back in 2016 and their stupid mmj card system. They should of just removed all the old laws that was causing all the harm and replaced them with whatever laws the state applies to tomatoes and carrots. The tyrannical state gov’t set the wealthy up to own the entire marijuana industry while the state police continue to oppress the poor. 50 plants outside right now will net the average Pennsylvanian life in prison if caught but they are allowed to have indoor warehouse filled with thousands of plants and store fronts. Man they are getting way too evil.

    Let’s get real here for a moment. Pot is a drug yes so is ibeprofen thats completely fine tho. We need to move way from the thoughts that its a gateway drug. I’ll straight be honest my first drug I ever used was caffeine then I started smoking cigarettes then alcohol. I believe that if it becomes legal slowly the people will change there minds and understand its not the evil flower.
