Researcher presents petition on legalising cannabis sativa to the Senate of Kenya

A petitioner behind the push to legalise the use of cannabis for medical and industrial use in Kenya, says the law criminalising the drug is defective.

Gwada Ogot, who appeared before the Senate’s health committee, says the type of cannabis available in the country can improve people’s living standards, besides boosting the country’s revenue.

    The marijuana being shown is of very poor quality and leglization would help better the strain … That’s why most Kenyans have a negative att towards it…poor strain isn’t good for consumption

    most of the states here in America already legalized it for personal use. here in California for example we are allowed to grow up to 6 plants if we want.
