We spend a day with Caleb Patton, a former Marine living with PTSD, who started a security business protecting the weed (and cash) that has poured into Colorado since recreational use was legalized in 2012.

It’s interesting some people promote alcohol over marijuana. When one is intoxicated on alcohol they have little to no control. Men beat their wives people get into car accidents. But when someone smokes a joint they might take a nap or prepare a meal. Legalization of marijuana is common sense

  5. SeKToR on December 1, 2020 at 9:29 pm

Sad part is those marines got shot up and thought they fought for freedom. All they fought was secure strategic geo political locations in the interest of oil.

These men better hope the Feds don’t confiscate their firearms for openly displaying they use cannabis and own guns. Apparently Colorado State law is silent on the issue but federal laws still stand, no guns for pot users.

You do not need to smoke or use canibus or other drugs to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It is just an excuse to go get high. Call it what it is.

  34. gaia35 on December 1, 2020 at 10:01 pm

I’m totally pro weed, but it’s funny how the government would send people like them to take down people who are doing the exact same as they are now.

  36. kyarakll4os7 on December 1, 2020 at 10:03 pm

I thought you’re not allowed to be a weapon holder while using medical marijuana… I was told it’s one or the other. Either, CCW holder or medical marijuana card not both.

I used to be a heavy-duty pot smoker and now I’m battling with dopamin-imbalance and the only way to treat it is for me to kill people in war.

  40. ugsisr on December 1, 2020 at 10:08 pm

Pro legalization of Cannabis after many years working in Law Enforcement. I do see many holes in what was said in their comments. Tell me how someone who has a medicinal use card can legally carry a firearm in Colorado or is there a loophole in that as well because Colorado has legalized Cannabis for Recreational Use.. Good for these guy, Glad they found a purpose just am not clear on the legal end of it.

  41. Max Meier on December 1, 2020 at 10:09 pm

So I am looking for a security detail for my weed business, what are your qualifications?
-I have PTSD and smoke weed.

  42. It's Ya Boi Daniel on December 1, 2020 at 10:11 pm

That Veteran guy looks like BigBrudda which is the brother of McJuggerNuggets

  43. GoobyPls on December 1, 2020 at 10:11 pm

This is really cool too because most republican Americans probably like it because it focuses on veterans and rehabilitating them, and the weed advocates obviously because it shows another good use of the plant.

  44. Stan Glendinning on December 1, 2020 at 10:12 pm

That look he gave at the camera at 2:15 … Fuck that was so powerful

  45. Dylan Dickenson on December 1, 2020 at 10:12 pm

  46. WE THE PEOPLE on December 1, 2020 at 10:13 pm

The Government doesn’t want anyone questioning authority that is why the military doesn’t like it . PTSD is no reason to deny someone’s right to a firearm unless there is probable cause to think they’re a danger to themselves or anyone else . You can’t paint every PTSD case as a potential threat . Most people can’t imagine what is asked of our soldiers nor do they realize the affects of killing and watching fellow soldiers die .

  47. BronzeBullBalls on December 1, 2020 at 10:16 pm

"Yeah, this is part of the freedoms that I fought for.."

What does going to a third world Arabic country (occupying really) have to do with legalized pot in the United States of America?

Ok, how can you carry and own a firearm when you knowingly admitted to smoking pot?
It’s federally illegal to have a firearm or even a Bullet when you have pot at your house or buy a gun?
