Hear me out – the same thing, but basically, you make garlic knots, and you cut up pepperoni and some other toppings (optionally) and you sprinkle them on top of the garlic knots, then you put in some marinara sauce, with some cheese on top.

This episode was true to original Babish form in more ways than you might imagine: I filmed it Sunday during the second big snowstorm here in NYC, and was originally going for Clemenzaβs sauce from The Godfather. When I realized I had no red wine, and couldnβt get any due to the storm, I decided to breeze through the sauce recipe and pivot to Pizza in a Cup when I found I had the ingredients on hand. Yesterday morning, when I went downstairs to start editing the project, I discovered the heat was broken (again). I waited as long as I could for my two space heaters to bring up the temperature above 50F, and worked late to finish everything at the last minute. It was just like the good ole days, and despite it being occasionally frustrating/challenging/uncomfortable, I loved every minute of it. Thanks for celebrating my anniversary with me!
Shouldβve made the toppings of the pizza with sauce and cheese in a mug as a dip and dip bread in it
